  My partner deposited a check with me in person to our joint account. It has been a week and we still have not received our funds. We were told it would clear by the end of the weekend. Supposedly Valentine’s Day counts as a holiday in their book. We called again today and they gave us two specific times on when our money should arrive. The first time frame has already passed and still our funds are not available. The phone representative told us on the phone that since its our first check it would take longer to clear. I believed her but then my partner said he may have made a deposit in the form a check before. I no longer trust TD.

  TD used to be customer service focused, but at the Massapequa branch, that has apparently gone by the wayside. Rude and argumentative staff, the simplest requests seem beyond their abilities. With so much competition, no reason at all to remain with this bank. Hasta la Vista!

  Everytime I go to this bank I have a great experience and everything goes smoothly. I find the tellers to be very friendly and helpful. Especially Kyle. So I don't know why some people gave a bad review. My son opened his first bank account recently and they always help him as well.

  Been going here since i was as a kid clean facilities professiomal and sweet staff computer works great coin counter and atm too restrooms and conference rooms always clean and tidy. Love this place. Always free lollies and pens.

  Play pass by today and make a deposit and get change I always call for change and this lady Stephanie it was very rude and asked me if I call for change obviously we always call for change so absolutely is not feeling good have represent any in the bank with that attitude.

  First of the tellers aren't that friendly second off I think this place has been robbed like 5 times in the past couple years kinda gets me nervous going in and doing large cash transactions

  Fake reviews! This bank is a money grab. Their fees have fees and the customer service is non-resistant.

  Pretty decent. Never had an issue.
