  I'm Not Racist for One, I'm MixRacist buh, This Bank of America (Branch) Was (ALL) Spanish They Had English & Spanish Translators ALL Mexican... & I'm Not Sure If They Judged Me Buh I Received BAD Service As Soon As I Got The Front Counter I told the Accounting My Need of Service His Response Was (WHY?) Tell Him the Reason for So, He Then Says His Coworker Would Assist Me @ Yes Desk So I Waited Five Seconds Later Guy Comes Out Says To Me Are You Coming? Me Of Course He Sets Me To The Desktop & Walks Away Leaving Me to Handle Business Alone Why They Back There Partying & When I Needed Help I Had To Leave the Desk and Go Get Him Form the Lobby Myself Saying Excuse Me I Need Assistant Help & They Still Didn't Provide The Proper Service & Nor Shouldn't I Had To Go Get Him If He Left He NEVER Came To Check In With Me See If I Needed Any Help r Aby Questions Etc

  It's so hot!! A lot of people in line. You should consider opening at nine like Monday--Fridays many old people here already!

  Very very slow service. Nobody should have to wait 40 minutes in line...it wasn’t even payday. There were 3 telllers, and once the line got down to eleven people , two of the tellers walked away. Ridiculous. DO BETTER.

  every time you have to wait so long~~~~~~~~~~~!!! Also even the business line they always closed.. Unnecessary wait times, not enough tellers open during busy times. just go to Wells Fargo or Chase! This Bank of america is really sucks..

  Horrible location. Customers come in with questions, and issues and leave with even more. Staff seem unwilling to help, or do the bare minimum. Giving one star because I can't leave zero. Save your time and bank somewhere else.

  They are just another bank that don't help there customers when it's an emergency with the possibility of being homeless even when a person has an annuity that gerantee payment. They all treat you with disrespect and don't care if your homless.

  Very busy.. they should hire more people for saturdays.. prolly fridays too.. people don't like waiting in a uncomfortable line .. friendly staff tho
