  They are a horrible business to go and pawn your stuff all of a sudden they are responding to all the bad legit feedback they getting saying it is fake when why would anyone just leave a bad review for no reason they are absolutely bad and unprofessional took them a whole year to even respond and block everyone that left them a honest bad review from leaving reviews…the only 5 star reviews are fake accounts they made to try to make themselves look good..beware!!

  saul loan is a great place I've been getting loans from them past two years never had a problem. I had made a false comment i was mistaken I am truly sorry.

  Very bad customer service !!! From the moment they opened the door !! Very very rude ! Literally closed while I was walking out I don’t know what’s wrong with them but they need to fix their face and attitude!

  This person and 2 others refused to wear face coverings. Ventura County mandates are in place for all businesses to comply. We make no exceptions, no matter how loud and rude you want to be about it.

  I have been to Saul's many times over the years to pawn something when I needed some cash quick. The staff was always quick and helpful and gave me a fair value for my items. Each time I returned to pickup the items they were nicely packaged and in the same condition. They also have many nice items for sale.
