  Sure there are usually long lines during the peak times and especially on Fridays when most people are paid. But I only use this BOA to process Cashier's checks or use the ATM. What I have experienced here is that even though they are a typical, active bank the tellers are usually pretty informed and friendly. The interior of the building is clean, organized and well-managed. The exterior sometimes has debris floating around, but I think this is mainly patrons that ball up their ATM receipts in disgust after seeing the balance. Hahaha. Pretty good banking establishment. Meets my minor needs in a timely manner.

  I had a great experience with Keisha. She helped me open my account and helped me get information on home buying. I really enjoyed this visit to the bank.

  I do not live in the clinton area but I like to arrive at that location and I always have a very good experience with annalyn Robinson she is kind, respectful, and has a lot of experience in her work and thanks again mrs. Robinson! THANKS!

  I have always had a positive experience with this branch. The line inside the bank moves pretty fast. I have been to other branches where they have less of a line and their lines do not move nearly as fast as this branch.

  ATMs always seem to have issues whether it's not accepting cash deposits, etc. Today the ATM wouldn't return the person's bank card in front of us in line....

  Clinton Md location is one of the best. I travel from DC. To this location bc of the fast and respectful service. I am greeted and my needs of service is met.

  They took away the drive through. The tellers dont know anything. They don't listen. They don't read. Service is just bad. By far the worst place to do banking business

  So I went into this bank around 11 am on Saturday the april 16th With an $1116 check the took and gave me $800 and kept $300...the bank was packed and I had to get put of town...she gave me my money in an envelope with no reciept ...yes the news and Corporate office will be called on Monday #Pissed

  Faulty machinery long lines which is the main reason I went to another bank but because of particular circumstances I have to use this one never again
