rocky diesel1Spent 25 minutes in the line to cash a check that we had from our customer, they said check is fake and nothing matches. I called me customer, they were upset as much as I was. They venmoed me the money and planning to go into branch to find out why they would say that. Tellers have no respect(they hate being there). That's why i don't bank with them. Chase Bank is the go!

Roger Swalley1Such poor service. It is amazing with a line out the door and only 1 teller for non-business use. I would avoid opening an account at this institution an am personally going to move my accounts. This is simply amazing.

K O1Sure wish you could give less than one star. Spent 25 minutes trying to call this Branch just rings and rings and tell you everybody's busy walked in with the phone still ringing no phone in the branch is ringing however. I called to see if they were going to charge me to cash my paycheck written against their Institution. Since nobody answered the phone I drove all the way across town to find out I get charged $8 to cash a check against their own bank. Wouldn't step foot in a Bank of America if you paid me to hate this bank with all I have especially this branch and the manager was a total douche. They need to change their name America has enough bad rap is it is.

Jamie Camunas1I was visiting the area and realized that my card was expiring and I hadn't been sent a new one. Called the 800 number and they said "no problem, go into the branch and you can get a temporary". They even made me an appointment for 11 am the next day so I could get in and out without a wait. I got to the bank at 10:45, waited in line to let the teller know that I was there and was instructed to wait in the waiting area. 11 comes and goes. At 11:20 a banker comes out and says "whos next?", and I let her know I have an appointment. She doesn't even ask my name and says my appointment is with the other banker and takes another customer. Finally at 11: 48 - 48 minutes after my "appointment" and an hour after getting to the bank the other banker comes out. I would have been next anyway so the appointment did no good. This is horrible customer service and I would avoid going into this branch.

Alejandro Lopez1Horrible experience at BOA We waited in line for 20- 25 minutes. They had three tellers and like 8 windows. When we get to the window the teller wasn’t friendly and had a blunted facial expression (no smiling) and didn’t provide customer service as one would expect. The teller explained that they no longer take cash deposits and nonchalantly tells us “you can just go to the post office and get a money order or write us a check.” I told him that we had waited for over 20 minutes for no reason then and could have saved us time by making it known to customers that they changed their policy. He didn’t appear to care. No “I’ll talk to my supervisor and let him/her know” “I am so sorry, we’ll try to add a note by the deposit slips” nothing at all. We drove from Newman to run this errand and we simply wasted our time and gas. Worst banking experience I’ve had.

Tammi Truschke1This is the worst bank ever! I'm always having to wait an hour in line, customer service is absolutely poor! Every time there's been an issue with my account nobody has done anything to correct anything about it! When they say they're going to call me back nobody does! I don't even understand why this Bank is open! Bank of America charges so many fees and they rip you off like crazy how in the world can I get an overdraft fee on withdrawing cash from my account? I don't get it! They charge me overdraft fees for things that were processing and not processed yet so therefore with any other bank I could have gotten money in the account before anything was overdrawn by my cash withdrawal! They wouldn't even refund me the $35 because they said it was an approved transaction! Well Bank of America go get lost you suck!

Liz Avila13 tellers on a Friday and a line out the door. So thankful I bank with Chase and not BofA. And to top it off they have 2 people soliciting customers to refinance their homes while they stand in line. This bank doesn't give a fig about customers or customer service. O and have fun with the parking!

Rich Gonzales1Worse bank in the Area!! They have about 10 windows 7-10 employees and only 3 windows going while the others just walk and greet people to the line of 10-20 or more. Ridiculous. I've seen smaller banks operate 1000 times better! Do your self the favor and make the drive to another branch this one will take your whole day.
