Perla Fregoso1I am very disappointed on my visit there today, I was waiting in line for over 20 minutes, as they only had 2 tellers working and had a line out the door, one of the tellers, not in the front, named Patricia, came to help the front but skipped me, the person she helped told her I was before her, but she said that’s ok she is just gonna deposit and helped her instead. I was on my lunch hour and spent half of it there in line. I work the same hours as the bank, it’s the only time I can go. I have gone 2 other days last week to deposit but the line was too long. As I left the line to head back to work, without depositing, she asked if I needed to deposit. I let her know that I did need to deposit but it was too late and that it wasn’t nice that she skipped me. I walked away and she replied, you would have still been waiting. It was rude of her to speak to me that way. No customer service! It’s a shame because it is so close to my job but now I have to find another place.

jose lopez1The worse freaking bank I’ve ever dealt with. Every time I go in it’s a guaranteed 20 min ordeal. Always understaffed, line out the door and still have one teller, 2 people sitting in their offices not doing anything. If it wasn’t for a large business account I would never go back in. I’m going to suggest we move our business account elsewhere.

Brian Atwater1This place is absolutely horrible. Would give it negative stars if possible. I have never had even close to a pleasant experience. No matter what, there is a wait. But today i go in to make a deposit, surprise I’m the next in line!! However, the teller was BS’ing with the customer in front of me for 7 minutes. After listening to her “snort” laugh over and over i wanted to rip my eye balls out. Unfortunately i couldn’t find any utensils to aid in this process. When it’s my turn, and she realizes that i am slightly irritated (i was not rude at all), she became very unfriendly and rude. During this time there were 5 other employees there not even trying?! I’m ready to bank elsewhere after 10+ years, so over this...

David McWhorter1We have been Bank Of America customers for over 20 years. We made an appointment to get a document notarized on 9/8/18 at 12:15. We arrived at 11:55 and are still waiting at 12:40. Whether this is a staffing issue or just plain not being aware I would not recommend going to this location. Or at least for notary services. Not happy. Update. 12:45 and still no notary.

Gilbert Hernandez1Worst service I've ever seen. Once had to wait in line for 30 minutes because they only had one teller and like 20 people in line. When the people asked the manager why she was standing around and not helping with the line, she said that she was a manager and not a teller. God forbid she stoop to the level of a teller... I'll never go back to this branch.
