      I have nothing but gratitude towards Mary from Bank of America! She really knows more than her job and handles it in such a professional manner. I am so pleased with her exceptional ethics and morale. She really did everything seamlessly and made me feel comfortable throughout the customer experience. Bank of America... you really have a gem working for you and I see Mary definitely climbing the corporate ladder - Make sure you guys keep her happy because we definitely need people like Mary who go above and beyond!       Staff is always working hard and always making me feel welcome . Love coming here because it's always open plenty of parking spaces thanks to the parking attendant who is kind and courteous friendly very professional always keeps the place clean. I always feel safe and welcome when he's around. Keep up the good work. 👍👍

      It was my very first visit there today and all I can say is I will never go back there to that branch. I was there since I had an online offer of opening a checking account and getting a $500 bonus. After waiting there for 5 minutes, I faced a very very cold lady who upon seeing me not only showed me friendly attitude, but she did all her best to convince me not to open the account there in the bank. She was insisting me to go home and do it online and when I resisted, she did not like that and told me "Everything is technology nowadays and you must use it" I felt like she put me down through that simple sentence ...Then while she was talking to me left and went to talk to a customer next to me which was really rude of her. When she came back, she left me for second time going to her office without even saying sorry or whatever. I felt like she was doing that on purpose ignoring me to get rid of me. Her name was Yesenia. She is definitely a disgrace to a reputable bank such as Bank of America.

      I have had a a personal account at this Bank for over 15 years and a business account for 3 years. After simply parking there on Friday 10/22, I had a parking attendant come out and berate me saying the lot was for customers only, despite the fact that I was using the ATM. I offered to show my receipt and he was disinterested. He made me feel unsafe and would not keep 6 feet away from me and made me feel really uncomfortable. This guy should mind his own business and stop having power trips with the bank's long term clients, and the bank should stop using this sketchy 3rd party parking company.

      So rude here they take forever and a day no one acknowledge you management is no better I see a bunch of people walking around chitchatting and with massive lines I don’t know why they think the two tellers are enough nobody wants to stand there for hours just to pull out money I know I can’t go to the ATM because they have a limit on how much you can take out of your own account ridiculous

      Short staff due to COVID-19 then should provide more ATMs. They got rid of at least 2 ATMs during the pandemic.

      The ATM at this location ate $5500 worth of checks from me without processing/transferring it to my account. I had to leave the country so not much else I could do. To add to the chaise, no one is picking up at this location even though they are open. On top of that my money has completely disappeared as it wouldn’t show up on my bank account for weeks. Absolutely horrible. I understand technology can cause issues, but I have no clue why management doesn’t label it as ‘out of order’ and allows customers to use their broken and flawed ATM machines. I would prefer the hassle of going to a different bank than dealing with the nightmare of having all my funds disappear for over a month. I’ve been a Bank of America client for more than 10 years and never had any issues but this was too big of an error not to write about. My funds were added to my account a month after investigations. It really impacted my finances and I’d recommend you ONLY use the ATMs inside the building.

      In my last review i commented on how the ATMS are always broken. Management did respond and lately the ATMS have improved. Will update again.

      I had a bit of a wait since I came here during the busy lunch hour but I was still pleasantly surprised at how fast everything was moving as well as the time and care the tellers were providing for their customers.  I know a lot of people talk trash about BOA, but I have had nothing but positive experiences, even during peak hours.
