  I don't personally bank here, I am forced to come here to cash checks. This is probably the worst bank in Fresno. Some staff members are rude, and the wait lines to see tellers and bankers can be outrageous. Do yourself a favor and don't come here on Saturdays at all, drive-thru ATM's and inside wait times are ridiculous.

  Bad customer service, maybe it’s only this location? Will not bank with them any longer after seeing how they simply don’t care on helping a customer that already took time off their day to come in and have an issue resolved. I unfortunately needed to come in person to pull out money but got refused after arriving at 12:50pm meanwhile they close at 1pm stated on the website but left out they will not be taking any customers after 12:45pm . Wasted money on gas, wasted time out of my day and still have my issue not resolved.

  Plus side one of the only branches open in the area due to Covid. Downside they only have 2 tellers working so you better pack a lunch.

  I would give it a negative if it let me! I went to the ATM and deposit money into my account and the screen shut down didn’t give me any receipt and money didn’t go into my account so here I’m freaky out call the office cause I didn’t want to leave without knowing anything and couldn’t go in since it was only me and my baby! Finally I got to talk to them inside and they say call the number on the card money will go in right away that all they can do! So as I was calling the manager came out and start yelling at me I can’t block the ATM or she gonna call security and cop on me! Worst customer service inside and out! While I’m on the phone with the claim dept he said he gonna see what he can do and for sure money won’t go in right away! Bank of America at this location is far the worst! Worst employee of the years! This is not the first time the employees was rude! Manager is rude so the employees is rude to! This place need new employees! So unprofessional!

  Would give zero stars if possible. Floor manager was pushy about automated services to customers in front of me despite the customers needing to speak to teller. Tried pushing me toward ATM/App automated garbage which wouldn’t be an option for my transaction then was pushy to have me fill out deposit slip although unable to describe what info to put on said slip as I was making deposit into their customer’s account. Teller was the. Same pushiness to do her job for her. Lots of fancy teller windows with no staff to man them, so instead they want to charge you a bunch of fees etc. so you can do their job. Cannot imagine why so many people left BofA.

  Bank of America is the worst bank all four ATM's are off at Fresno location!! They do not even deserve one star!!!

  Waited in a long line at the drive up window. Finally get to the ATM and No Withdrawals allowed. Just maybe they could post a sign letting their customers know that they won't be able to take out money so don't waste time waiting in line!

  Cecilia's attractive wattage is constantly on as demonstrated by her professional and caring personality. It was my initial visit to this branch, and the service of the personnel is impeccable. I will be banking more often with this BofA location, and hoping to be serviced by Cecilia on each and every appearance!

  So I was issued a financial aid check from Bank of America for dollar amount of $2987. I had the same aount issued to me 6 months before this one as well long story short this branch didn’t want to cash the check even though Bank of America issued it, the bank manager told me it was a policy change that happened recently so I proceed to open an account etc just to get my check cashed and they still refused to Cash it I had to deposite the check and my funds were a Avalible the next business day I verified if this policy was correct and it was not I went to the downtown branch and confirmed the non existing policy change the branch manager told me they had as the reason she couldnt cash my check, I felt judged because I didn’t fit what they thought was ok to cash a check? So check cashing was at their descreation to deny me cashing a check, I was in my work clothes the nerve of people to make judgement. The main branch downtown told me the funds could have been easily verified since the check was issued by Bank of America. I even called to verify this information with Bank of America and was told the same. This branch employs a bunch of ignorant individuals and I’m upset about this the case number of my complaint 180821CR000741
