  Advertised as open but closed for good. Bank of America fails customers constantly. Chase is still open next door and is a better bank.

  Had a problem when there ATM locked up my fiance card. Help inside is dismal, no movement for taking care of the customers right away. No manager available...really. They all work for the company and cannot help the customers solve any problems. We were from out of town and get better service at other branches.

  I want to give a shout out to Abigail Oropeza and Ruth Alexander for their great customer service! I opened a new account and had to make some changes to current accounts and these ladies went above and beyond to make this banking experience amazing. Thanks ladies, keep up the great work!

  The drive through atm has a bug per bank of america fraud dept that locks your debit card so you cant use it. The bank manager needs to do their job and fix it. Pathetic.

  Alheli is probably the best worker there. She's very helpful kind and very polite as always. Need more workers like her.
