Lawrence Berger5I walked into the bank without an appointment. I had an issue with my PIN. I was immediately greeted and after waiting a few minutes, I was referred to Susan Corcoran, who reset the PIN. Susan was very professional and friendly. The bank manager also made sure that any inquiries I had were met to my satisfaction. All bank representatives truly expressed their concern for my satisfaction as well as thanked me for being a customer and offered to help with any financial issues or interests I may have in the future.

Sola Zhang1Bad customer service, went in a few months ago to ask for a 5-year check deposit statement, the lady who was lobby leading told me “no” didn’t offer any alternate solution either.

Hussein Jabarin1In My area there was no bank open so I went driving 35 minutes from My area to get the money when I went there to get some money she wanted to give me a half money and after that she didn't she was very rude and aggressive I am disappointed soon I am going to close My account there are not friendly and no one helped me and I left for nothing Priyanka does not deserve to be a manager she should stay home she was very very rude with me I don't recommend anyone to go to this location.

Carmen Reale Sr.5I recently lost my lovely wife and she was in charge of finances in aour home, thank god as im am not good with money management,i love to spend!!. So my first trip to the bank in 20 years was scary, the real nice lady behind the counter was soooooooo helpful , had put roughting number instead of account number!!!, duh🙄,she showed such patients and sympathetic about my issue and took time to see that everything was good!!, my meeting with one of the managers to help me fill out my wifes estate paper work and other things pertaining to our accounts, all i can say is my experience (s) have been great!!! Everyone ive dealt with were great!!! I know things are different in todays world but they still made a bad thing very easy and pleasant !!!, keep up the great work and im really sorry that i didnt get everyones name that i dealt with, of the 5-6 people that work there ive with 4 of them and ALL GREAT !!!, thanks again

The gentleman at the door asked if I needed help and when I said yes, he immediately introduced me to Yami, who was very helpful and was able to handle my issue quickly. She was kind with a cheerful demeanor. I appreciate the wonderful service I received at this bank.

Ming Yuen1Wanted to print a my statement since my account is too new for online service. Decided to go there during lunch time, roughly 1 pm, immediately greeted and told me i could print the statement via the regular teller. Fine, talk to the teller and said i have to talk to banker. Sit and waited for 15~ minutes, someone stop over and talked, said they can't print the statement since if i can't print, they can't either but she could print out transactions, i was like great, let's go. Then she was like, wait wait wait, I can't help you right now since i am with another customer. Waited for another 10 minutes with other banker standing around what appears to be computer issue. I gave up and walked away, none of the banker standing there care to stop me from walking out....what's the point hiring people standing and do they share that 1 machine for all people?

astorkitty1Deposited my paycheck wed. night, and was told the check is on hold for a week. Now I have no access to my hard earned money. I know it's a new account, but I feel that long of a wait is absurd. It is an ADP payroll check and not a personal one. There is no reason it can't be verified within one or two business days. If Walmart can cash my check immediately there is no reason a major bank cant. I was also told when opening the account that my first check deposited would be available in 1 or 2 business days. Misrepresentation. If this is remedied soon I will be happy to take down this review. The gentlemen who opened the account for me was very kind. Update....this happened as well with the second check I've deposited. I contacted the customer service rep who told me to cash my check and THEN deposit it to avoid this ( this makes NO sense). Obviously my checks are legitimate as they have cashed one previously. Clearly they pay NO attention to customer feedback. I am irate, and certainly am not an unreasonable person. I would be happy to amend my review if ANYONE from this company was the least bit helpful. I was lied to when I was told by the person who set up my account that by the second deposit it should clear within one day. Some of us live paycheck to paycheck.

rodriguez colon1Some of the people that work on this Bank are rude racist and ignorant. They have a hard time being consistent with their rules and regulations. Am I the only one that finds it stupid that you need an ID to make a deposit. Especially when you're making a business deposit so it's not your money you're depositing but the company that you for. They only ask you for ID whatever the hell they feel like it. What really gets me is they don't ask you for your ID at the beginning they ask you for your ID at the end so they've already open your deposit bag counted it and then want to ask you for your ID so if you don't have an ID they will hand you back your deposit in your hand without a bag until you didn't deposit the money.

C Pugs1Poor customer service from Branch manager! Waited over 30 min; I had already successfully handled my complex POA at 4 other local banks. Horsham Manager indicated he thought I was lying and tried to make me jump through hoops. He wouldn’t give me an appointment, then called me over the next several days asking more questions. Every other bank called their legal department while I waited so we could resolve questions and fax docs and those banks set up everything in an hour. Terrible service.
