      I used them in 2018 and went back with a refinance in September 2021 when I could have just used the company that Ally contracted with. Definitely a different company. I will not go back with other refinance. First the final price was different than what was quoted on the phone. Second, I'm waiting for my money and they did not send the form for me to get that money with the notary. Now I have to call and track them down for my cash out. I don't have the time to do this during my work day and don't think I should have to. I don't want a check delivered to my house. I'm sure when I do contact them I'll get the same gruff treatment. They don't need any more business is the impression that I'm getting. They have more business than they seem to want.

      Have you realtor use another company. This company does not bother to help in any footwork outside of the signing of papers. If complications come up they do not work with you to solve the issue and continue putting it back on you without any sense of concern or commitment to the client.

      They got the job done and were professional, but tried to sneak in a $200 extra charge for some 'enhanced' title insurance. When I asked for the information on it (maybe I would want it) they just removed the fee and never gave me more info.
