  Despite the law, I asked why a young customer in line with me was not wearing a mask and I was told that they leave the choice to their customers. They denied me my choice this morning. This sign is a lie. If you are medically vulnerable, do not bank here.

  After being Quickly dismissed at the Elmhurst location I decided to try this location. Very disappointed again. I dont know why I'm always being quickly dismissed. The woman working the front did not bother to check if my cash request was there. I moved here from the city and have never been disappointed and dismissed so quickly. For it to happen at 2 locations in less than a week speaks volumes. I am ready to switch banks at this point.

  This Bank hardly ever answers their phone. If they do answer, and you have a question, they don't like to answer you on the phone. They want you to make a appointment to get a question answered. Everyone there is working independently, there is no one managing this branch. Please hire a person with some Management skills that holds the employees accountable. Not answering the phone, or peoples questions is not a management style.

  I was in/out within 20min requesting 5 cashier checks without an appointment. All went smooth, Angie was pretty helpful and quick and nice.

  Worst banking experience! I have been getting headaches from them for nearly two years now and will switch as soon as I can. Transactions online are never accurate. If you have multiple payments and checks going out at the same time they will not post until the next day. Not even show as processing. And then they will charge you overdraft fees. Terrible bank, do yourself a favor and stay away if you can!

  I have just tried to talk to someone personally on the phone. All staff was busy. Instead of letting me hold for the next available staff member, or give a call back number they say "Good-bye." I have called 7 times and all I get is a "Good-bye". I need to talk with someone, and want to know if what I was expecting to receive is there before I make the trip to the bank to find out that it is not there, I cannot get an answer. MY package was to arrive on Wednesday and it is Saturday and I have yet to receive a call from BOA to let me know it has arrived. Terrible, terrible service.

  Employees are friendly but wait times are upwards of 20 minutes at times. They need at least one more teller here at all times. I have to use this bank because my company banks here. I would never choose this bank for myself personally unless i enjoyed spending time waiting in line.

  This lobby at this branch is "temporarily closed" per sign on their front door today (10-31-20) their one indoor ATM is accessible but the singe drive through ATM is out of service.

  I left my wallet at home. The manager went out of his way to help me set up my phone so I could access the ATM. He was very patient and friendly. Thanks again

  This is the worst BofA location. Always understaffed with employees that aren’t fully trained. I scheduled an appointment to see a banker but still had to wait a long time because “someone called in sick.” The Merrill Lynch employee was more interested in selling me additional accounts than solving my problems. If BofA had a location in a more upscale location near Oak Brook, I wouldn’t even walk into this dump.
