  Transparent, Efficient, and Professional As a first time home buyer I had an ambiguous understanding of how Islamic financing worked. It’s only after Tina Eid patiently explained it to me that I became comfortable with Guidance Residential compared to a conventional lender like Chase or Bank of America. The entire process from getting a pre-qualification letter till the home closing was seamless. Tina went above and beyond numerous times, here’s a few examples: - As we started to see homes it became apparent we needed to increase the amount of the loan we qualified for, Tina provided a revised loan pre-qualification letter within hours of our request. We experienced this level of responsiveness throughout and it helped keep our search effort alive. - Usually home closings take at least a month but Tina and the team at Guidance Residential were able to commit to closing the home within twenty days which helped entice the seller and allowed our son to attend the first week at his new school. Tina was constantly in touch to keep us up to date about the process and any additional documentation we needed to provide. Tina Eid at Guidance Residential cared as much as we did about buying a home, that’s what it comes down to in the current housing market.

  Salam everyone!.. I just wanted to share my home buying experience with you all. I’m a first time home buyer and everything was new and I had no idea what to expect during the entire process. My lender Mohammad Abedelnabi explained & helped me the whole time. He answered all my questions helped to gather all the paperwork that was needed which was a big help. Now my family and I have our own house and we are so happy I can’t thank Mohammad Abedelnabi enough. Alhamdulillah for everything.

  In my limited knowledge and research, I found guidance to be adhering to Islamic principles. It may appear to be somewhat conventional particularly the terms and the nature of the paper work, which is conventional, the transaction is actually a coownership based where the guidance is also recorded as one of the owners in the recorders office. It is same as renting a place and as you continue to increase your share, the rent continues to decline over time. Guidance staff, Tina Eid and Muhammad Khalil, was very helpful throughout the process. Their closing cost and the profit rate is quite competitive such that muslims should take advantage of it and save themselves from interest which doesn’t have any Islamic values and is prohibited.
