  This is the WORST BANK IN THE WORLD AND I WOULD NEVER BAK HERE!! There is and has been fraud on my account! I call and call until I finally get through to Cynthia because you can't speak to someone unless you have an account! Ridiculous! The rep (Cynthia) said ahe took care of everything and then I received a card! WHATS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE! Then I receive a change of email address, REALLY! FIX THIS PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY!

  Since then they have been a lot better. I changed the review to 5 stars. Nobody ever answers the phone at this location. I have called many times and nobody responds. If you go there in person, somebody is always there though. Everybody is decent though. They wasted an hour and half of my time but did fix the issue later. Otherwise I would have given 4 stars.

  Stephany Rubio helped me so much! She was so sweet and kind and extremely patient with my mother & I. She took her time an answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. I'm extremely happy I chose bank of America especially the one in Montvale. I reccomand this place to all those of you who are opening a bank account.

  They stole over $6000.- after my husband died without telling me they took the money. They still have not released the money. I supplied death certificate and have been ignored when I the lobby was open to people. I am planning on taking my banking elsewhere. They are shifty and cannot be trusted. If I close the account, I don’t know if I will ever see that money again.

  I love this branch. I was greeted by a friendly and smiling bank teller as soon, as I walked in. Additionally, he was able to help me right away, to set up a new savings and checking account for my banking needs. Moreover, he was not pushy at all, like my previous bank TD bank, instead he explained every bank account so, I could choose the best account for my needs. I also like the fact, that he even asked if I had any questions and left his card information; It was a refreshing change after using the horrible td bank customer service for years, that a bank teller could actually provide friendly knowledgeable service without acting like a pushy car salesperson.

  No wonder your stock price under performs the market... customer service sucks- that's why. The web app is amazing, forget about anything else-it sucks.

  No open drive thru unless you want to use there "NEW"(put people out of work) ATM You will be greeted by a large sign telling you to use the new ATM OR " COME INSIDE" what are they thinking ??There is a virus going around you know Open the drive thru's-- I was told the "ONLY" BoA with a drive thru is in Oakland

  I'm very shocked with the negative reviews.. they must have done some turning around or somthing because the people were very polite to me and they help me with a situation that was rather difficult. very cool Bank kind of feel bad for leaving them now.

  Poor location, most of the parking is taken up by the bank employees not much left for customers. The hours are stupid restricted, close by 4 pm seriously? Nobody picks up the phone if you want to call for information.
