  Myself and my husband are recent medical school graduates. We just purchased our first house and used Cross Country Mortgage. Scott Forman's team was so incredibly knowledgeable and more importantly, explained the entire process during each step. My Real Estate Agent recommended them and after the closing the sellers Realtor told us at the closing table that they even communicated to her. She wanted to use them for her next clients.   I wanted to work with a local lender and my realtor recommended CrossCountry Mortgage. As a person who's very organized and detail-oriented, I have very high standards and CCM exceeded ALL of my expectations. Connie and Debbie are just wonderful to work with! Each step of the process was clearly outlined; they checked in often to answer any questions; and responsed promptly to calls and emails. Even my closing was seamless! I would HIGHLY recommend them and want to say a big THANK YOU to the Forman Team for everything!!! You guys are the BEST of the best!!!

  I went to my bank that I have been with for 12 years and applied for a mortgage. After 30 days of frustrating duplicate questions, my realtor suggested Scott Forman's group at Cross Country Mortgage. I was approved in 7 days and just closed on my house this past Monday. I am writing this because I wanted to thank them for all their hard work. This is our first time ans Connie & Debbie always answered our questions right was (there were many). From day 1 they said to give us your closing date and we promised to get you closed exactly on time....and they did. Myself and my family thank you so much.   Connie and Debbie made the entire process enjoyable. They communicated with us at every step of the way. Scott Forman explained all of our options, gave us a rate and told us how much money we had to bring to closing. We told him the date we needed to close by, which he guaranteed that we would make and they closed exactly on time. What we appreciated the most was being given mortgage options to choose from and them taking the time to explain each one. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends or family!   We closed on our house last week. We wanted to write a review because our experience was excellent. We had a ton of questions all through the process and they were always answered right away. We got our homeowners insurance through our car insurance company. Debbie looked at the premium, said it look high and told me to shop around. We saved over $500 a year. Our closing went very smoothly (although a ton of papers to sign), we were prepared because they called us to review before we even stepped into the closing. We wanted to give a 5 star review because we received 5 star service. Thank you Scott Forman, Debbie & Connie and the rest of the Forman Team!! You made our new home a reality!

  please, please if you are recommended to this organization, be very careful. i will not speak for all employees there. very inexperienced,unprepared, unqualified, will promise you the world but cant deliver. the mortgage advisor i had to realize this with from this organization was with Zak Raffel, hopefully not everyone in there is as inexperienced as he is but i will not refer this company not even to my worse enemy. SAVE YOU SELF THE HEADACHE AND PLEASE STAY AWAY..........
