Mae Jeffrey1Wow. After experiencing this location I am switching banks. I attempted to use the ATM to deposit my check but because it was a business account I couldn’t remember my pin. Spoke with a teller virtually who said I needed to visit a branch to have the pin reset. Drove to this location where I waited in line for 25 mins with only two people ahead of me. Another customer had a meltdown during the wait and stated he would switch banks as well! Finally got to the teller who said he didn’t know how to reset my pin either. Cool. I have a bank card I can’t use because none of the employees of the bank know how to help and it’s not a feature on the app. So to summarize, I can’t do mobile banking without my pin so I’m cursed to relive this branch if I have any needs for my business account. No thanks. Finding a new local with closer locations for my personal and business accounts.

Jay Krause4I only popped in to get a cashier's check (9/20/21). The woman who I believe was the manager was working incredibly hard, taking care of as many people as she could, and providing fantastic service. I didn't catch her name, but she was helping everyone and deserved a medal (preferably a raise). The woman at the teller was kind to me, but seemed to have less patience for Spanish-speaking customers, and did not have anywhere near the same kind of great attitude as the woman supervising her. She wasn't bad, just vastly outshined by her fantastic supervisor.

Levon1Every time I come to this Bank, they never have enough tellers to service everyone and the lines are extremely long, and this didn't just start recently it's been that way for a few years now. I am no longer going to have this as my main bank and I'm going to switch to a different bank with shorter lines and better customer service.

Judith Ferreri1On a Saturday morning only 1 cashier, while employees are just walking around asking people what they are here for. The line is 6 deep. Took over 30 minutes to get service.DON’T COME TO THIS BANK IF YOU HAVE things to do. Their service is horrendous and they are totally unprepared for Saturday morning bank traffic.

Rika Saliscente-Phipps (Lika Phipps)1They close branches all over the place, tell people they don't need an appointment, so we travel 38 miles to be told we need an appointment and can't get one for 2 days even though they have bankers all day. This is for something that only takes 10 minutes to do in person to open an account.

emily gabor1This BoA branch has terrible customer service. My mother has a BoA card with an issue, and customer service sent us to this branch to set up a relationship manager. After multiple attempts just to meet with them, she has not been able to fix the issue because we can't even get a meeting. We have set two appointments with them, which they have not kept. Then, they don't answer the phone. I wonder if they do not use calendars? BoA is charging my 70 year old mother fees every month now, and she is just stuck in a loop. Literally the WORST customer service.

Hayeon Rogers1I called BOA customer service because I had trouble activating BOA prepaid debit card. I ended up making two calls because the first call didn't resolve the issue and later found out that BOA charged $2 per call and total of $4 without telling me. It is unheard of and ridiculous to charge $2 per call and even more deceptive to not notify the customers. Such a terrible business practice!

Jameson1Is it me or if someone approaches u while your at a drive thru atm from the corner, is it wrong to get out of my car and yell at this person to back away so I can make my transaction? 9 a.m. light out, and I'm a rather large guy. Then the guy has the audacity to tell me off. I would be careful at this location because a lot of bums hang around. You're decision.
