  First off let me start by saying I cannot believe I have ever purchased a car from somewhere else other than CHICAGO AUTO LOANS! It is far from your average car buying experience. From the moment I walked in the door i knew I was going to leave a happy camper with the car I love. My credit specialist was John Paul and he more than satisfied all of my needs. John Paul mentioned to me he has been selling cars for 2 years, but it felt as though he has been selling for 10+ years. After my test drive we agreed on numbers and I was introduced to Kevin and Joe the finance managers. They were punctual, organized and very very friendly guys. I cant wait until I am ready for my next purchase so I can deal with this group of quality people again. THANKS GUYS!!!

  I had a great experience with Chicago auto loans! My salesman John Paul did a great job with helping me through my situation to get the guaranteed approval! Joe and Kevin K were also super friendly and always willing to make this whole experience a breeze. I didn't think it was possible to get a vehicle in my current situation. Not only did they get me approved on a car, but it was a 2014! They exceeded all of my expectations and I could not be any happier. I would totally recommend them and if you get a chance to stop by John Paul is the go to guy!

  Wonderful experience! Alejandro definitely went out of his way to take care of me and my car buying needs and so did Kevin. Would definitely recommend Chicago Auto Loans to anybody looking for a car! 10/10

  Worked with JP Kevin and Joe. Had a little trouble with my last auto loan and they did everything to work around the past. Now I got my audi a6 and I couldn't be happier. In a year I will be back to upgrade and hopefully work with JP, Kevin and Joe! I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new car!

  I first heard about Chicago Auto loans from a television commercial,I called and made an appointment. Andy and Kevin were awesome.There are some negative things on my credit and just like the t.v. ad said they worked with.I would recommend them to anyone,and really appreciate their help and customer service.

  These people offered $5 down on TV. I called just to make sure, already knowing that dealerships are money hungry ass holes who like to ruin your already-bad credit by trying to force you to apply for more credit, and I spoke to Kristine who informed me that they were not like other dealerships and they were willing to work with people in order to get then financed. She told me that $1000/month is the only requirement. she told me the things I needed to bring and then we were good. I was so excited. I took a three hour train ride all the way to this dealership only to be denied after Jessie (Rodriguez? I don't remember his last name), WHO WAS CLEARLY NEW ON THE JOB FROM HIS RECENT CERTIFICATE OF WORKSHOP COMPLETION, told me that I needed to make DOUBLE the income Kristine originally told me. so I wasted my day going all the way there for NOTHING. these people are NOT for the people. THE DEAL IS A SCAM AND THEY SHOULD BE SUED FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!!!!!!!! I AM VERY UNHAPPY. it's also very suspicious to me that everyone who has reviewed this business has ONLY reviewed this very business. this entire thing is a scam from the commercials to the reviews. WOW.

  Very good customer service. Beautiful vehicles. Extremely helpful and they strive to make sure the customer is satisfied. Plus gift cards as rewards for coming in to the dealer. Looking forward to get the $250 referral reward.

  I bought a 2012 Chevy Impala. Learned my tires are more thanon 10 years old. The guy says" we sell goid cars here" Really? Why are there 10 year old tires on a 5 year old car. I am white and i kind of believe this is why i was treated the way i was. They do not keep their word. One guy says to me. "Make,sure you make that 1st payment or we will take it right away. "O thank you so much for the insult!!" How kind of you!! That was before i mentioned i had stuff missing from my keychain. Like my regal cinema card and a naill clipper from Hawaii given as a gift. Sent me home with less than a quarter of a tank of gas. Oh yeah it takes E 85 only. No one mentioned that, tells me to come back the next day for free oil change and gas fill up. Get there. They cant do the oil change. You mean you wait till i get there to tell me you are overbooked? And waste my gas? They only put less than a quarter of gas in my car. My car had much more gas. 3 tires were brand new. The day i schedule my oil change i am there early. It took over an hour for the oil change!!! And if you complain they just treat you more like crap!!! So they tell me to come forca free oil change!! Are you kidding me? Why the Heck should i Trust You!!! Oh yeah there CD Player came with a broken disk in it. So you screw a person who is disabled, put ten year tires on a 5 year old car, say you make it so you can drive again? Virtually. In some ways it is worse. Thanks for caring! NOT!!! I will not even think of advertising for you! Let alone allow you to work on the car.By lying and putting bad tires on my car, why should i Trust You! I am 62 and had lung cancer and part of my lung removed. I freekin Trusted YOU!!! And for What? I told the greeter of my issues and nothing. No concerns. No calling to check customer satisfaction. Judgmental creeps. You are getting automatic payments not one is missed. Eat DUST!
