  came here to change accounts, forgot 2 forms of ID and had been told to come back on friday, when we came back, they told us we needed an appointment. no one ever told us to make an appointment to see someone they just told us to come back like ???? lowkey this bank is so unprofessional

  This is the worst BOA location I have ever visited. People are slow, rude to customers and have banking equipment that does not work. Two days in a row I came here to get something done without resolution. I had all documents and IDs required and they could not authenticate who I am because their internet timed out and I was told I needed to come back in an hour. If there was zero star option, this place definitely deserves it.

  The manager, Carol Mason was great! Very helpful and patient. She helped me navigate an issue that has a deadline that day with ease and confidence. She made my day very easy with her great attitude and excellence in her job. Thank you Carol!!

  I was deposited May check 2 /18/19 And they don't have me my money bank of America hold my money until 2/28/19 I call next day customer service they don't help me and actually show me powerful To hold my money I tell them I'm traveling I need my money Thay say wait until 2/28/19 I have bank of America account 10yrs This is making me sick

  Came there to cash out check, Everything was going good, until manager CAROL showed up, and told me, that I can not have hundred dollar bills, because I am not a Bank Of America Customer ,

  ATM machine for deposit often jammed. When asked the manager about it, she replied: "it's you customers jam the machine". Rude very rude!
