Branch manager literally has zero people skills, thinks she’s the best thing since sliced bread. Beyond unprofessional and arrogant. The absecon branch is way better !!! Worth the drive over there.

I have been a customer w this bank for years.Never once had a complaint in until today about how I was treated un the Northfeid NJ branch! One of the employees behind the customer service desk was completely RUDE! The manager might want to retrain this woman on customer service skills! That being said, I will tell everyone I know about my experience at this branch and will never be returning!
