  INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! - I was so impressed by the level of detail in the process. I don't know exactly how much work goes on behind the scenes at a busy mortgage office, but I know it's a lot of work. This office and the staff made everything easy to understand, easy to complete, and fun to do. I had a lot of questions but they were easily answered after reading the emails and watching the videos they provided before I even asked! Each person in the process (mortgage officer, support staff, title company) was friendly and helpful. Everything was seamless. Before this experience, I didn't know very much and was paying a lot in interest. Now, I have a great interest rate and know way more about my loan. Thank you Thomas Perkins and Staff! God Bless you and your team. Thank you for saving my family thousands of dollars in interest over the life of our loan!

  With the changes in the environment and economy, my husband and I decided it was a great time to refinance. Tom Perkins helped us. The process was so easy. I have been through many real estate transactions and this by far was the most streamlined and efficient process I have encountered. We were given ample attention even in such a high volume time.   I have done multiple deals with Thom and his staff. Each were a bit unique and he took the time to explain each one in detail. The honesty is what stands out most. If it doesn’t make sense, you don’t have to worry that he will still insist on doing the deal. The client truly comes first. Highly recommend to anyone looking for mortgage advice. The best around!

  SAVED US THOUSANDS of $$$ - Thomas Perkins was super helpful during our refinance. Before meeting him I had no idea we could lower our interest rate. His process was simple and the office staff was very helpful. Our refinance was easy, quick and convenient. A video was emailed to us each step of the process. Every time I had a question, it was answered with each video. I would recommend to anyone looking to refinance or get a mortgage.

  Thom and his team are friendly, professional, and efficient! Going into this process, everyone was telling me that “getting a mortgage is intimidating.” But with the help of Thom and his team, I never felt that way at all!   I referred my aunt to Thom Perkins at this office, and she was extremely pleased with all of his efforts. He and his team of Leann and Natalie were extremely attentive to her needs and MANY questions, and he got her a great rate on her refinance.   If I could give it a O star I WOULD! Please go someplace else . I never write reviews but they are the absolute worst. They will steal your money, waste your time and not even take the time to speak to you or address any issues you have. Absolutely the worst company !
