  The customer service is horrible! Came into the location to ask for guidance with my parents account and the guy at the check in counter told us to call the general number on Monday. I showed him the paperwork the bank sent stating to come in and then he tried to scare us off by telling us we would have to wait 90 minutes to see someone. Think twice before putting your money at this bank.

  Why is your flag not at half-mast when all the other businesses in Kissimmee have done so? Do you know, or remember, that two police officers lost their lives just a few days ago? It is unacceptable and many are now considering moving their bank accounts to a bank where American lives are respected, not disregarded. So....I look forward to your response. Why is your flag not at half-mast? By the way, I would not have offered even one star, but I was not able to post unless I gave you at least one.

  This place is super busy, (granted I'm here on a Saturday) but they have a good system to keep everything moving smoothly & as quick as possible. The man at the door was very friendly and helpful.

  Feels like a run down location, a lot of trash on the grounds and the service is extremely slow…will not be back.

  I am a loyal customer at this BofA Every week visit this location and the manager and crew always are a very Great Helpful to me , busy location Yes it’s.!!! But I think is a faster service And the employees are always asking at the customers: “what can I do for you, how may I help you.,etc.” 👍👍👍👍

  Don’t waste your time go and open you are account somewhere else you can get quality service this bank have only 2 cashiers and 30 people standing on line 👎🏿

  Horrible Non-existent service. Been trying to call for 2 days over and over again and no one answers the phones. At this point everyone knows they close branches without ahead notice or alternate which branches open or not, so you would think answering the phones would be of priority to confirm dates and locations accordingly.

  I tried to call the Bank of America in Kissimmee, Fl to request some information to send a wire transfer for $2200 into an a/c in their bank. I tried to call their number eight times with no results. I needed to talk to a live person but the recording kept telling me to call back. I will never do business again!!!

  Bank teller was rude. Stood in line for 15min just for them to tell me I couldn't deposit money in my account using my bank card. Won't be using this place again.
