    I went in and didn’t see a greeter or anyone that would be able to answer a question. I saw a banker sitting at her desk so I asked if she could answer a question for me. She told me to hold on as she finished something on her computer. Someone came by and let her know her appointment was waiting. She got up and told me to take a seat if I wanted my question answered. There were 6 others waiting, I asked for the wait time. She said she didn’t know as they had many appointments to attend to. Poor customer service, and poor availability. All I needed to know of notary services were available or not. 👎🏾

    You'd think with all these 1 star reviews from people BOA would have more tellers on hand. Never fails every time I have to come to this branch, it has long lines and ONE teller. 20 mins and I'm still 3rd . Just sad and poor customer service. Rolling Meadows is far more superior. Just go there.

    I applied for car loan last Friday at BoA, Elmhurst Rd. Mt. Prospect, IL. location. Thay told me within 24 hrs I would receive an answer by phone about approval and interst rate. I am a proud holder of nearly perfect FICO 775. Today is Monday, 16.35 pm and the bank is closed already for the day. There is no answer from the BoA. What a shameful, and disgraceful costumer treatment.

    Despite having identification to withdraw from my business account, the Teller did not hide the fact that she thought I was illegally trying to withdraw from a account that was not mine. Upsetting, but however, I’m not surprised.

    I visited the bank today. I needed a temporary debit card. No one greeted me or ask if I needed help. I was just left standing there for 20 minutes. This one lady just continued to walk pass me it was really unprofessional. The line was extremely long. So I left. I also tried calling the bank when I got home and no one ever picked up the phone. I never been so frustrated.

    I was paying my mortgage, you have to wait in line but that's how the system works. Service was friendly.

    There personel who name is Roxy, she is very rude! Every time make bad face and give bar servis. Mostly she regret to give servis. Also she is making discrimination. I think she is polish. Bank of Amerika should not keep like this rude and unreasonable, unrespectfull personels! She 2 time regret to give servis me, said not working printer and no wire transaction. After that I checked specially but printer was work.

    This place is a joke. Customer service NON EXISTANT. I went in for a wire transfer and the teller tells me she can't do it and calls another employee and she also tells me she doesn't have time to do it and to schedule an appointment next week. Everytime I came into this branch its been a bad experience. And ive been with BofA for the last 15 years with multiple personal and business accounts.

    This bank refuses to take customers because they have to close in 10 minutes. This bank need to change business hours to 3:50.
