Johnny Welder1I have banked with B of American for over 20 years and had never had such a bad experience in any of their locations except for this one. I deposited two checks over the weekend. The ATM drive through machine read one of the checks wrong and I was shorthen on my statement. I waited till 12 noon the next day ( Monday) to speek to the branch directly, about the ATM'S mistake. The two people that helped. In the branch, advised me that the best thing to do was to call the 1800 number to get a dispute on the transaction. When I called the 1800 number they told me that the funds were correct and the system had fixed the mistake. My problem was that the same thing that the 1800 accossiates saw in the e computer is what the branch could of seen and should of help me in the branch and not made me waist my time calling the customer help line. It seem that this branch dose not want to do their job and help people coming in to their facility. What a waist of time.

Helen Aguilar1The line was 12 people deep. One teller. 3 girls greeting the regular customers. I cashed a check and was given money in my hand - not an envelope. To be honest, I am not a Bank of America account owner, and with this inefficient service, do you blame me ? There are 5 stars in the rating system - I didn’t want to click on any - very annoyed .

Sarah G1staff here is piss poor. I’ve had a business account here for over 4 years with solid deposits every month. When it comes to my staff trying to cash their checks, even with valid id, my husband or I always have to go in and explain that it’s a legitimate paycheck and not a scam. Keep in mind this continues to happen to employees I’ve had for over a year and have gone to this location to cash their paychecks multiple times. They say some bs that there is discrepancies in my signature but I’m sorry I’m not a human xerox machine to make my signature exactly the same every single time. The 10 location is much better but I hate the fact that I have to drive 20 minutes away to help my employees out. I’m switching banks at the end of this month, tired of having to come every time an employee has to cash a check, tired of getting charged for every account, tired of it not being an easy banking experience. I’d give this location -1/5 if possible it used to be better when Jennifer was here, at least she knew how to show proper customer service.

Uyen Diep1This place doesn’t even deserve a star. What I didn’t like was the customer service. Esther and Sandra both. I was being taken care of by Esther and she left me to do her drive thru people, going back and forth and confusing herself with my account and the drive thru peoples’. I mean, What if she deposited my money into their account while multitasking? She also asked Sandra to help me. While being helped by Sandra she went back to the customer she had before but after that customer finished I expected her to finish up with me instead she helped a new customer that was behind me. Leaving me to wait. When I spoke up to Sandra about this matter saying I was there first and I should be served first she hit me with an attitude saying, “he was waiting a long time” I didn’t get help until ten minutes later by her. I was the one waiting longer and I came first to be served last. I was strongly disappointed by both Esther and Sandra.

Wasted my time on multiple occasions saying they couldn’t not or would not provide a service to multiple employees of mine so we just had to go to the location on De Zavala where Jennifer takes amazing care us and our staff.

We dont need money. money needs us. nobody asked for money to be created. nobody asked for taxes to be created. all money does is make you selfish and greedy to the point you're willing to do anything to get it even if it means killing someone for it. we never needed money and never will. if this really is our own planet than why are we being forced to pay to live on our own planet? who does that? nobody. the government is absolutely useless for carrying out the agenda of creating money in the first place. the "elite" live for free and the 1 percent are filthy rich and dont pay taxes and still have the middle class and the poor work for them to keep them rich. when the middle and the poor class quit their jobs and let the system fail hard that will take out the filthy rich one way. another way is the end times are coming soon in case you havent noticed so that in itself will force the rich old people to become the new poor people in the flesh and the old poor people will become rich in the spirit. you have to realize that the world is conditioned to be obsessed with consumerism and materialism as well as our physical body. as souls we are not of this world and this world is not of us. we are only here temporarily and we cant keep anything we have so dont even try. we must use our time her to grow physically, mentally, and spiritually because the government, corporations and the devil are only here to consume humanity and destroy it by taking advantage of humanities need to survive.
