  This is ridiculous if your short handed hire more people, I'm sure there are people that need a job. 3 Bank of America branches in Simi Valley and this is the only one open on a Monday

  This Bank of America is a great branch to do business with. Not only are the tellers friendly, efficient and quick, but this branch is very adept at taking care of all your account matters. This location has different restrictions than the Camarillo branch, which makes for a much easier transation. They have different boards I'm told, so their practices differ.

  I love the fact that I just drive up to the ATM. Do my transactions and am back on my way. Contactless and hassle free. It was not that busy when I was there. I noticed a few people when I first pulled in, but it cleared out quickly.

  I have never given a 1 star before ! I just left the bank I get a new kid Spanish boy with mustache. I deposit 5 deposits two of them r business accounts one personal he tells me I cant give change unless u have a business then he got an attitude because I said they r business accounts he replied what u want me to get fired. Train ur staff I will be going to the sycamore bank way better!

  I have no problem with this branch. The longest I’ve had to wait in line was 5 minutes. The line is not near as long as larger banks. The employees are very nice and helpful.

  They need to promote smarter people. A man told my husband his check was for deposit only when 1. Nowhere on the check does it say this in any remote form of wording and 2. Other bank of America’s cash his checks with zero issue. Someone needs to buy that guy a potted plant in order to make up for the oxygen he takes up.

  This is the worst Bank of America in Simi Valley. At least 10 people working and only one teller open and they all just watch the line getting longer and longer and make no effort to help out at all.

  This is a nice bank of america as they can perform all the services you need. There is always a line here so just be prepared for a wait.

  They are the absolute worst, I have been calling them 5 times a day for a month and no one has answered. They are very rude in person making it quite clear they have no interest in you being there and them helping you.
