Once again your line is to the door and you have one teller what is wrong with this bank?? are you gonna do anything about it or you're just gonna roll with it. And no your atm is not the solution, your manager needs to schedule more appropriately to better accommodate your guests, its Friday, obviously yall gonna be busy,so make the change or let someone else that is willing to do whats necessary. This is is outta control

The ATM was broken; 2 of the 3 tellers were trying to fix it. The 3rd teller was at her station but not helping customers. So no ATM, no drive thru, AND no tellers!

Now that they have closed all the locations there’s barely anywhere to deposit your money. At 12 o’clock noon though, on peoples lunch hour, they are collecting the cash so you can come back later and have no other options of places to go. 👎🏼

Under staffed at teller counter and none of the personal bankers who aren't helping customers will step up to help

They have shorted my change order three times and the first time they called me a liar. $2 have been reconciled but they have still stolen $6.13. Update: 6/15 While the tellers are always very nice there are only two tellers at a time. You'd think that with getting rid of their drive-up service they would schedule more tellers inside so that their customers didn't have to stand in line twenty minutes at a time. This location does not care about their customers.

I had to get a cashier's check, so I stopped by this bank of America location. Just fyi, they don't do money orders. From the outside it looks old, and the inside is not any better. I waited in line for a couple of minutes, but I did not mind because I was enjoying watching the two tellers that were working being friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. I witnessed both of them chatting with their customers and giving kids lollipops, smiling and laughing. I'm not sure if this was a unique day, but it made me want to come back to this location for any future banking needs.

not just this location but all bank of America's are terrible. they have 1 maybe 2 clerks working and generally have 7-10 customers in line. they always have 2-3 employees walking around on the floor. how about yall get behind the counter and help. most bank of America's dont use a drive through service any more and force you to go inside. I only use them because it is a corporate account through my employer. I would never do personal banking with them

I am very emotional right now because I’m trying to get on a dying friend’s account to pay her bills. I stopped by but didn’t have my forms since I thought I would be picking up a signature card. They said just show up the next day with forms. No info about needing an appointment. Today I’m at a different branch which is better, but no appointment since I didn’t know I needed one. This branch does not appear to value customer service, even to existing customers. I would never bank here if I weren’t helping my friend. I would like to give ZERO stars.

I had a very good experience here, but I always go inside. It is small, and if you go in the first opening/parking lot, there’s pretty much only one way out (and if you’re trying to go left, you’re pretty much out of luck)—but the people were friendly, and it was clean. I’m happy to be close to this location!

I have banked with Bank of America for years! Just recently started going to the one closer to my house. 3 times, I have driven over there to use their drive through to make a deposit and all 3 times they were closed BEFORE closing hours. Big sign in window says to come inside. I don't want to go inside, that's why I use the drive through....
