  Customer's need coin too not just cash... Left BOA in Bayshore gardens with out a single roll of quarters this morning but this location helped me with $20 worth. I appreciated it but 2 locations in 1 day for $20 out of the $100 I needed is ridiculous. The associate advised me you're not bringing them coin anymore. Been a customer over 15 years, never not been able to get my coins before, not even during 2020 coin shortage.

  It would be a negative 5 for me...If you have started a new business and want an honest,helpful,loyal department to bank with. DO NOT choose bank of america. For a hard working citizen funneling his own hard earned money to get treated as I did is hurtful. I wouldn't wish my experience on an enemy...

  Horrible bank in general and horrible customer service. Don't use them!! They will hold your money for a week for no reason and refuse to help.

  Horrible, lobby is closed with no staff. I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 15+ years and I’ll be switching to a new bank. NONE of the 7 BOA locations around me have lobby services open for business. Ridiculous!

  I want my money! I have had no problem with Bank of America in the past but now, they are holding my money and refuse to make it available. Nothing is wrong with my account. This isn't a first time check I got either. According to the useless customer service on the phone, it's supposedly because of Labor Day that my money is delayed. So, it takes over a week to clear?! Rubbish! Same checks have cleared in less than 5 days! I can't even get an appointment! I will just bring in a list of my bills and the phone numbers and YOU can call them and explain why my money is not being released! I will include my food shopping list too! I WANT MY MONEY!

  Main corporate Bank of America financially devastated my company by locking up all my money based on an inaccurate determination of what they thought was fraud. After sending a certified letter explaining the situation, there was still no hope in them remedying the situation. Now they have put a fraudulent claim against my business in a nationwide system preventing me from opening bank accounts anywhere else. I guess they just don’t care about the little guys.

  I hate this bank. Every time I have to come here for a simple deposit. It takes forever. Only 2 tellers on a Sat. Morning. 11'people in front of me, and drive up window is closed. Manager discusses something with a teller and looks serious,.no smile or acknowledging waiting customers. Holds her up from assisting customers. Poor customer service, period.

  This facility just replaced the drive through ATM machines with newer machines that are nearly impossible to use due to the height of the touch screen. I am an average height male (5'10") and I drive a mid-size car. When I went through the drive through today, I had to unbuckle my seat belt and pull myself up on the steering wheel to reach the top half of options on the touch screen. The height is more suited for an ATM at a truck stop, not an urban neighborhood.

  Worst experience i have ever had at a bank i was dodged and skipped the first day for 20 mins, i waited in line instead and then the teller assisted me. Today i whent and a banker said bc i dont have a password just hit forgot, i told her i dont have a debt cars and she just hit forgot password it says online u need a debt card pin, #, and exp date which i dont have so now me and my son have to wait 6 bussiness days to buy him diapers and milk shame on u for lieing to me!

  On 9/12/15 I went to go cash my check and I guess there was some kind of discrepancy with the check and immediately the branch manager Dana treated me like I was a criminal even though I bank with Bank of America and my jobs account is with Bank of America. Instead of contacting my boss right then and their to resolve the situation she snarled at me and kept my check and told me I had to leave, ten minutes later She called me back and said She could now cash my check. If this is the kind of rude and unprofessional people they hire to run their financial institution then I will no longer be a member
