Everyone there is always helpful and polite. Banking there 14 years and never a problem. Would like people to use the outside drive thru lane so others could get to the ATM located on the inside lane faster.

I was with this bank for years, then I was away for sometime and my identity got stolen . Someone wrote a bunch of checks on my account , keep in mind that a rarely ever wrote checks . They approved like 15 checks in amounts over 200-500 each and my signature didn’t even match . When I tried to file a fraud dispute , they told me the fraud dept couldn’t get my money back . They approved all those checks when I hardly ever wrote checks . I was so disappointed to the tune of 3600.00. They didn’t work to protect my money .

      Response from the owner

I really like Liberty Savings Bank Wildewood. It is a small and friendly bank that takes a personal interest in its clients. I especially enjoy my favorite bank tellers Tom and Kelly.

Have had 2 different types of checking accounts for a few years with liberty savings bank. They consistently have a computer glitch late nights that makes your account balance and info unavailable. I have been stuck at a walmart at night with a cart of grocery and couldn't pay. I have been at a gas station multiple times and couldn't get gas. Then within A few hours the info reappears and life goes on. Customer service acts like No one else has this issue. I know that's a lie. Switching multiple accounts to a new bank because not being able to access your own funds and info is unacceptable.

      Response from the owner

Quan, we are sorry to hear you were less than satisfied. We pride ourselves on our banking products and the high quality standards we maintain, and would like to make things right. We work with a service provider that supports over 12,000 Financial institutions worldwide and has best in class availability and up time. That said, on the rare occupancy when there is a system issue we want to know so that we can fix the problem. Please contact Sue at 1-800-436-6300. She is ready to help. We value our customers opinions and would like to thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Absolutely terrible service! Some middle aged women completely rude to my family, and WE HAVE A BUSINESS that were prepared to put a few thousand dollars into a business account... Couldn't even get into the bank, the extremely hostile and rude employee told us we looked suspicious and after trying to talk with her she called the police... UNBELIEVABLE! I really hope she gets fired that is so disrespectful to who would have been a very lucrative customer... Too bad for you Liberty shame on you for that women's actions I can't believe what you allow and stand for.

I was trying to open a business bank account with them and they told us what information I needed, and that I didn't need to bring my business partner, next time I came I had the information but they needed it in a different format and that they did, in fact need my business partner. No biggie. So I come with my business partner and the information they needed, we arrive at the door and they told us that they weren't open despite the hours being on the door and that they didn't know when they would next be open. Confused we looked up liberty's corporate number and called asking about when they would be open. Corporate told us that they were open and that they would patch us in. We asked when they would be open and the lady said "Were you the two guys who were just here?" "Yes Ma'am" "I'll have to ask you to leave our premises(Were on the other side of the parking lot) and not to come back, and stop calling corporate." "May I ask why." "Because you looked suspicious(hang up)." Now I was dressed semi-formally and my business partner was dressed casually, but not informally. But my business partner got into a car accident and has a large scar over his eye. Deciding that they won't accept us for ludicrous reasons, I went to their door, pressed the buzzer and asked if they could remove our personal information that we left on a previous visit. They refused, told us they were calling the police and hung up. Being polite, law-abiding citizens we waiting for the police to arrive(calling the non-emergency number just in case they didn't), told them what happened, and the police had them give us their paperwork of our personal information. The manager there, as she handed us the paper work told us never to come back, despite only politeness on our side. We are not sure if they deleted our information on the computer. Overall, not only is their customer service subpar in making have to make 3 visits, but after 2 visits with absolutely no incident, on our third visit, because of my business partner's scar, they refused our business in an incredibly insulting way, and there wasn't even an apology after she found our personal information on file not only making us less suspicious, but making her in the wrong for refusing to return or destroy it.

We have had a business and personal accounts with Liberty for 15 years, and have always had excellent and friendly service. It's so nice to have an alternative to the "big" banks.
