  Can not review unless one star. BUT 0 star This poorly ran bank is a joke. Bank of America is a joke. My wife was not responsive in time. It was 4pm and the manager locked the door on her. She couldn't hear her turn. She lost her place, the check that she had been trying to deposit for 3 hours she was unable to do, because she's deaf. It was 401pm the man (i was on the phone with bank of America, and i recorded the call!) locked it and said come back tomorrow at 9am. That is the thing about hearing aids, the smarter we get, so do them ears! I hope this goes virial. I hope someone of importance sees this. Most my not understand the problem here, but the ones who do, might be as outraged as me. 0 stars forever

  Shjda was great. She helped us to make sure our banking need is taken care off. Great customer service from everyone at the branch. Thank you Bank of America for hiring representatives like shjda.

  2 people on front of me 15 minutes still waiting 1 cashier 5 other people working walking around not helping anyone. No drive thru the worst location. Several greeters NO ONE HELPING....... Business CUSTOMER moving my money somewhere that has customer service & a drive thru!!

  I think BOA gets a bad rap. This branch in particular is never really to busy where you have to wait long and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Seems to be properly staffed unlike most BOA locations.

  Do not even attempt to try and call thos location. No one will EVER pick up the phone no matter how many time you call. My parents just closed their account after 34 years banking with them. Now I will be closing mine, they do not offer anything that a consumer cannot find at other banks...

  This location seems to constantly have issues with their ATMs.
