Ellery Rosario5Ernie Donaldson was the best worked with us when other lenders said no, We were first time home buyers and Ernie worked with what little we had to get us approved for the loan. Ernie worked day and night with us to make sure all the documents were submitted to the underwriter in time and made sure all errors were corrected. If we would've called at 3 am to ask a question im pretty sure he would have answered. Please don't hesitate to work with this company they got us to close on time and helped us when everyone else said no. FHA loan and low down payment cost's.

The dude Ryan said I would do the same thing involving my mom lair. mom3 years out of cancer They told my mom 6 months ago interest rates. 3.75 than boss got fired in between they say.6 month so later 4.3 plus 25 gran to get morale. They r a rip offffffffff.
