Worlds worst Bank of America. Insanely under staffed. The rides employee I’ve ever met. There was all of two employees in the building. I could hear one on a personal call while I waited in line for 30 minutes to make a deposit. There was no sense of urgency. Literally drive a little further and go to a different one. This location needs to be shut down and turned into a taco bell.

If you're coming here, plan on being here a long time. Edit: in response to your cookie cutter copy and paste response, I can't use the ATM to cash my check, cause I wouldn't be caught dead with an account at Bank of America.

I have been with this bank 20+ years. I recently scheduled my appointment for Friday May 14th at my local branch to speak with someone about my pervious jobs savings plan 401k. I went in right after my job to this bank apt. I arrived late but I sat to see if anything could be done that day since I had arrived late. The person at the computer was busy with a couple so I waited to ask if anything would still be able to be done since I was tardy. I approached that person on the computer since I saw the people had walked away. My one and ONLY question was going to be, "Hi, I'm here. Sorry I am late will you guys still see me today?" The lady was loud, short, and gave me attitude. She wouldn't let ask the question. She kept repeating, "I have a customer, go wait your turn!" 3x At this point I felt offended over how loud this person I've never meet before thought it was ok to speak to a customer like that. I had a check to deposit so I went in line to deposit it. The lady now comes along and screams at me that I am not stepping on the red spot. Now I know this lady has it in for me or something because I was minding my own business and she tells me to step back. Again with such loud rude attitude. I felt so humiliated and ashamed of how someone could speak to me at a place of business I broke down into tears. I made it to the front of the line to the teller. I couldn't even speak. I couldn't see from the tears. I was so embarrassed I just left. I went home and I talked to my family were my daughter took it apon herself to scheduled me another appointment for Saturday May 15th at 11:30 am. At the same bank but with this time to speak with the manager about my experience. Well behold the horrible experience I had to go through turns out that she was the manager at this branch. This place just blows my mind how the management can even speak to their customers with such comfort and lack of respect. The manager was arguing with me about the previous day. She said that I was wrong, that she was "Sorry that I felt that way". That she was busy helping other people and that she has to make sure all people follow the rules. Never did I receive a formal apology from her or for her rudeness. Again she was short and said "well what do you want..what can I do for you?" Excuse me, I will NOT be doing business here after arguing with her (management A.K.A. Daniela). She was rolling her eyes and said, "I can make an appointment at another location since you aren't satisfied with my attitude". Wow just shocked that my local bank of america is not willing to screen their management better. I am a active customer and this is my MONEY. Dealing with such under qualified people make me want to rethink my banking needs. Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android

The manager is extremely rude every time I come here. Not only to me but every customer she interacts with.

If I could give them a 0 Rating, I would. It’s Saturday at 11:00 am and the line is out the door. Then the manager comes along and says we have to wait outside of the door and cannot have the door open, basically kicking us out of the lobby. It appears only 1 or 2 tellers are working. I’ve been with BOA for several years but this is the end, I’m taking my business elsewhere and I'm also also asking all my family and friends to do the same. No customer service, manners and definitely cannot count on basic banking support from this branch. And to top things off both ATM’s outside of the branch were being serviced. BTW Suntrust is offering free banking, no monthly service fees. FYI.

This bank is very different. Kind of ridiculous in most ways. My experience here was like none that I have experienced before. I went in to get a cash advance and the way I was treated was very embarrassing and I will never go back here. Everybody's business was being told out loud in one small room. The lady was so rushy with everyone asking personal info in front of everybody. The security was sitting in his car in front of the building. I feel like if I would have even taken money out somebody would have been waiting for me because everyone knew how much I was trying to get! Then the teller had the nerve to have an attitude with me. I got a card of a banker who referred me to customer service. I will be calling.

This Bank of America is in my community and doesn’t adequately support its community residents and business owners. I have to go to other Bank of America locations outside of the Madison community because this location doesn’t approve my transactions. I own a business in Madison and have to resort to going to a Hendersonville location or Inglewood location (neighboring communities) due to poor management at the Madison location. It is disappointing and inconvenient to not be supported by your local financial institution!!! Same transactions, same Bank of America, same rules apply, just not at the Madison location.

No one will answer the phone at this location. Making transactions a gamble. I usually must travel to other bank locations to do business. This is normal, not rare. Beginning to think I need a new bank.

Worst Banking Experience. EVER! I have tried for 6 months to open an account IN person..The wait every time is until Closinh! If you dont speak spainish here..They do not cater to you! And I understand Spainish as I am from Texas, So they put 5 Spainish speaking patrons in front of me presumably because I sound very southern American. .Tennessean! Its ridiculous!
