  Very poor customer service. Dangerous parking lot to back out of onto a busy road. By the way, when you're looking at the front of the building, the entrance is on the left, the glass door to the right was locked. I will not be returning my business to that particular location.

  I came here to cash an insurance check and Jessica was very helpful. This store is close to my house and I like to do business with them. I tried going to other places but ended up disappointed.

  Sat in car for 10 minutes watching to see if anyone else would come to window. 1 person working window 2 people in back talking. Unable to stand very long made sure they saw me & another customer neither one came out so I left.

  They said that if I pay the total amount in November the 15th, there will not be extra charges. Well, I paid the total amount but they charged me $10.61 and asked for the total amount to be paid in the next payment, 15 days later. My question is if I paid the total amount in November the 15th why did I have to pay $10.61 and the amount as if had kept the money for 15 days more?
