  I went in today to cash a check written on their bank. I was told I would be charged $8.00 to cash the check because I did not have an account. When I declined the teller became very condescending asking if I did not have a bank. I never deposit a check from someone in my account. It is appropriate to cash it at the bank it is drawn. No wonder no one was in the bank. Rude employees and a bank with no integrity to stand behind their own checks.

  why close the drive thru (interact with an agent in the bank) when there are lots of seniors in the area who prefer a drive thru? really disappointed. at least have the drive thru open for 4 hours, 2 days a week. And, if closing the drive thru, why not install an atm that has the agent option(agent can be contacted & visual on the atm screen) to speak with an agent as needed.

  Could not do a simple wire via their online banking app. Had to wait 1 hour and 5 minutes for a banking specialist - again for a simple wire ... and had to pay $ 30 service fee!!

  Stopped in today to do a few changes to my banking needs and they stated to go do it in the on line site.....I Do Not do on.line banking....that has caused a problem with identity issues from this bank.....then they suggest to do it over the phone with customer service......so what do they do all day??? Sit at desk and look good????....might be looking at options soon....

  1) I went here to get 40 dollars out and tried using their drive through atm and it ate my card cause they did not have a sign on it saying it doesn’t work 2) A roach crawled up my friends leg while we were waiting to get my temporary card because of their atm.

  They are rude, arrogant and have no drive thru do to, "The type of people who live in this area". Really??? This branch should be shut down!!!

  The wheel chair access for the restrooms is poor. But very nice worker's.
