  My wife and I tried 3 other companies and got the run around. Coming to Stress Less Mortgage I was weary paying for a fourth appraisal. Eric insured us, that who he was setting us up with would be able to do our loan. He lived up to every part of the deal got us closed rather quickly even in these COVID times. The office staff that work with Eric, are very pleasant to talk to and quick to respond to any email and/or phone call. The wife and I thank all of you, you all have been BEYOND Expectations.

  Coming from out of town, we had no idea how the home buying process would go. We have also had some bad experiences with other mortgage brokers but David Moore provided an incredible service in helping us secure our loan. David ensured that we had the best rate possible while also providing consistent communication about everything that was going on.   I did a mortgage refinance with David Moore at Stress Less Mortgage and the experience was just like the name Stress Less Mortgage implies, stress less. Before contacting David I had applied at two other mortgage companies, one being the company that advertises that "we will pay your closing costs". Their customer service is horrific. David was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. His experience in the mortgage business truly shows and he is patient, persistent and it's more like working alongside a friend. I would highly recommend David and Stress Less Mortgage. I will send everyone I know that is looking for a mortgage to David.

  David help me obtain a loan to purchase my first home and I couldn’t be more grateful. He and his team were there for me every step of the way and made sure I fully understood the answers to any questions that I had along the way. I could call him up anytime with any question or concern and he was never too busy to help and was always glad to.
