      I have been a customer with Bank of America for the past 20 years. I have been going to this branch for the past 12 years, but never had such a horrible experience. People in customer service tend to be welcoming, friendly, patient and accommodating , but the people at the branch this time made sure we have an unwelcoming experience.

      Absolute worst experience of any of the branches. Assistant manager could care less about assisting elderly parent who’s been banking with BoA for decades. Refused to even consider looking after a 5 minute task. Drove to the Irving Park Rd branch where they couldn’t be any more helpful. In and out in under 10 minutes. Mr. Arndt professional and helpful, Mr. Walker could care less.

      Who writes a review about a bank? I do. Every time I've come to this branch every person is helpful and have really gone out of their way to be courteous. Maria is an outstanding manager she really makes sure you feel taken care of. This whole branch is a cut above the rest. I only go here when I want something done right. The entire staff is amazing.

      The team is sweet here and you can tell they work well together. The Manager always has a big smile and you can tell he cares about his team and us costumers. It feels good to say good things about them.

      They have a very bad work system, I went with my boyfriend on a Friday and they asked me to make an appointment, the one for financing to buy a house and I to open an account, supposedly each with a specialist, we went Monday, there were no staff they are empty and they attended us an hour after our appointment, the ones who were supposed to attend us said no and she go to take her Lunch, the girl who attended us couldn't help anyone because she didn't know how to proceed, they gave me an appointment for the next day, my boyfriend my return because he got upset, I came back and the same, they didn't respect the time of my appointment, they called specialists to verify my documentation, they apologized when they realized that so much bureaucracy was not needed, I opened a checks account and I wanted a credit line and they gave me another appointment and they told me that I no longer needed to bring so much documentation that everything was verified, I returned a fourth time, they did not respect my appointment once again and when they treated me they told me that I could not have to bring my papers again, I told him that you had verified me and that the manager (who at that time was not there was not there) had told me that it was no

      Staff was running around, very understaffed, took them 20 min to even acknowledge that I was standing there. It should not take me over 35 minutes to get a temporary card. This does not include the time of the process, just my waiting time. Extremely frustrated with this store.

      Person that greets customers is very welcoming, but the teller Jyoti was frustrating, slow service and we gave her the written information and it was still incorrect. I had to come back again just because of her lack of attention to detail.
