  I would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received during the entire Mortgage process. Joe Rose's professionalism and knowledge was impressive and truly appreciated. This was our first home and I had lot of questions about the loan process and Joe has answered all my questions with lot of patience. His suggestions regarding improving my credit score was very crucial for me as it improved my credit score significantly. Joe kept me updated throughout the loan process.   My loan officer was exceptional in guiding me through the Lennar Mortgage process and was there whenever I had a question. She always answered the phone promptly or if on the phone called me back promptly. Elbia was an indispensable part of the Mortgage process and I appreciated her knowledge and guidance. I also worked with a senior loan officer who handled everything perfectly such as communicating with me when a step needed to be completed prior to closing. Communication is important with closing date deadlines. Documents were posted online for easy viewing. Since I bought a Lennar Home, I believe getting a Lennar Mortgage helped my purchase go seamlessly.

  Overall the process was positive. Questions were answered very quickly and loan officers were always available for me and very professional. In return I always provided information requested very quickly. The only negative item was that I was surprised I was contacted to sign some final documents electronically as I was driving to the closing due to some additional closing costs were added last minute. Thank goodness I put additional funds together for the closing to cover these additional fees.

  I just closed on my first home with Lennar mortgage. I worked closely with Joe Rose. He was everything including kind, patient when I didn’t understand things, helped me to get a lower interest rate before I closed (advised me to pay off a credit card), very responsive, the other staff was kind also. I love my home sooooo much! Joe Rose is amazing!

  Joe Rose at Eagle Home Mortgage, East Dundee, Il is awesome to work with on a new mortgage or a refinance. He will answer all your questions on the paperwork needed to begin the process and assist you in the downloading of the paperwork through their portal. This moves along quickly and your Closing is completed in a timely manner. We had a positive experience with Eagle Home Mortgage and working with Joe Rose and if the need arises, we will definitely request Joe and use this mortgage company again!
