  Waited for 10 minutes for someone to finish looking at their computer screen, idly, before I could get a notarized letter. That after having to travel from another branch that didn’t have one on staff. As an account holder, with debt serviced by this bank, I shouldn’t have to pay any fee for a $15 cashiers check. Full stop. Why did you discontinue providing money orders? Banking for profit is going places and forget they should put their customers first.

  Bank of America is a joke. Their customer service is a joke too. They are rude and will hold your deposited payroll check for 7-10 days. Don't open an account with them.

  Not having a drive through was inconvenient but I understood sometimes those decisions need to be made. (We've been banking with BOA for the last decade.) That said, the ATM has been down as well the last few times I've needed to withdraw money and the lobby appears to be always closed. I tired the inside ATM and it looked like it was accepting deposits but the option to withdraw was turned off. It's very frustrating to not have access to cash when it's needed and there were no signs indicating when/if the ATM will be working again. We like BOA but this is the only location that really works for us. I don't want to have to drive 30 minutes just to pull out cash.

  Customer service, you will often wait a long time. All the while the bank manager will wander past and try and avoid eye contact rather than assist you. Manager is even often standing in the lobby while customers stack up at the teller. The teller (s) themselves are nice, but you will waste valuable time getting to work with one.

  Came to this location to do a simple small withdraw from the ATM. Outside atm line was 5 vehicles deep. With only 1 atm, looks like the removed the 2nd one. So decided to go inside to the atm, that machine will do allow you to do a withdraw. If you’re going to close your drive-up services at almost all of your locations please provide an adequate amount of atms with funds.

  I’m extremely disappointed that BOA are closing drive thrus. It may seem like a simple piece of banking to them but to me it’s a big deal. I need to stop and get cash weekly to pay daycare and my total ends in a $*75 so the ATM isn’t helpful. To try and stop at the bank with 2 kids especially if the kids are sleeping in the car (which happens a lot) it is irritating and an inconvenience to unload 2 sleeping kids to go inside the bank. It’s a big deal to me, big enough I’ll look elsewhere for my banking.

  This branch consistently has the worst customer service on the face of the earth. Unfortunately, it's the only one near out office. Every single time we visit, we wait an inordinate amount of time for service, both because there is only one teller for the long lines and because none of the tellers give a crap. I hate dealing with them and we'll be switching our business loan to a different bank ASAP.

  Would give 0 stars if able. This particular location has been closed since end of March 2020. And it is almost Oct 2020. they still have no opening date. I can’t get through to any non-automated customer service reps. I am VERY confused why they are still closed. At this point they can’t blame it on covid. We are taking our service else where.

  9:00a.m. To 4:00 p.m. are bankers hours ? I don't like being ask while I am in line " Why am I here ?" Why does everyone in the bank need to know why I am there ? I could say to withdraw money and someone could rob me outside the bank !

  The worse customer service ever. They eliminated their drive thru service and reduced the teller service to 1 person which makes for a long wait for a simple transaction.
