  Was asked to provide my SS# to cash a check. Then I was told how secure they were because they were a bank. So I reluctantly asked where I enter my number in and they told me to write it down and hand it over. I explained that with my Drivers license, phone number, address, name and now my SS# they had everything they needed to steal my identity. How is that secure? What am I missing?

  Went to them for my auto loan and use them for business/personal checking/savings. They literally bent over backwards during the auto loan process, overnighted a check to the dealership, and even sent me a thank you note and some cool US Bank water bottles after everything went through. LOVE this branch.

  I use this US Bank location every day and have been very happy with the service. I rarely have to battle a line and they get my orders processed quickly. Good job!

  Horrible experience I opened an account with my paycheck from a us Bank customer and the head teller didn't verify funds on the check mind you it's another us bank customer account and at the end of the day I was left with footing overdraft fees and to make matters worse the following week I deposited 1500 into the account unaware of wat was going on an well the bank took it all and all they could say was sorry. Don't understand why the person that opened my account was eager to finish the account that she missed verifying funds apparently it's policy to verify funds and since she didn't do it I ended up with losing my hard owned money to fix the problem that could of been prevented had she done things right since the beginning.

  We showed up with about 5 five minutes to close and the door was locked and when we knocked on the door the teller told us she would not assist us because it's cold and she needed to get home.
