Whitney Hunter1The manger with the blonde hair and fake eyelashes is very rude I had been there for 15 mins trying to figure out what’s going on with my account and she basically told me she couldn’t help me because there was a line and she had 2 more appointments and they closed at 4 remind you that I had been there since 2:45 and then Dalton is just standing there hovering over the biracial girl teller like she going to steal money and granted he could have been help customer other customers it’s bad enough they don’t even have a drive through window but knowing it Friday you could have been better prepared that really makes me want to get my money out and go somewhere else with the error was on there part

Misha Davidchuk1Came in because BoA was holding my check I deposited from a dealership for 2 weeks for no good reason even after being with them for 10 years. Ryan said he would help me get this issue resolved ASAP but as soon as I left neither the dealerships bank nor I could get ahold of him for a week, I left multiple messages. Had to wait the full 2 weeks, but he was very quick to offer me account membership upgrades. Not happy at all.

Sherry Stillwell1I was on the phone with the bank for over a hour on Thursday was told one thing on Friday they took every dime out of my account I was lied by Bank Of America and they took all my money from me and my kids and left me with nothing I will never do any business with them they lie
