      Great customer service! I needed help opening an account and the staff was extremely helpful. The branch manager Daniel was very knowledgeable and patient when it came down to choosing the right account for me. I am so glad I chose BoA! Daniel and his team are truly the best!

      Awesome, professional and courteous customer service, my elderly mother needed help with her transaction and not only did the teller help her but the manager Daniel help her walk to her car because she walks with a cane. Love doing business here!!!

      I was very upset with Boa because I had an ongoing problem with my Card, I went in the bank ready to shut down my business and take them elsewhere. I spoke to the manager, who was busy but still acknowledged me and asked if I could wait. I waited for about 10 mins but during my wait he came to check on me 2 times to set my wait expectation. He was very respectful of my time. That was huge! When we sat in his office, he listened to my problem with undivided attention and took full ownership of my problem as if it was his until it was fully solved. I was very happy with the outcome and decided to give Boa a second chance, The Manager really pulled it off for BOA. A+

      This the the most horrible customer service i had experience.. the Manager Whos name is Daniel is the most inefficient and incapable personal.. He yelled and raise the to me and my mother when we wanted to do a payment .. denying us the help.. he threatened us to call the police when I claimed my right as customer to be attended.. suggesting that were illegals ..rude and he threw us back our ids and credit card to the floor.. we couldn't complete this payment till today when my mother visited a nearby branch around the area. well here is my comments in social media as i said him and not we are citizen and honorable person customers of this bank for over than 20 years.. totally shame this person to represent you Bank of America !!! Judge by yourselves why the low rating score uh

      The teller had me stood there for 45 minutes and not served their customers. I asked to speak for a branch manger and the manager never made an attempt to speak to their customers who have the accounts for over 15 years!

      Most of the translations at this location are difficult and take a long time to complete, at least that is what I have observed. The drive thru has been closed and very rarely have I seen more than one person working behind the counter. Often the customers are confused about banking rules. The employees are nice and friendly but they need more staff to better accommodate their unique needs.

      Due to the technical issue which is all bs I tried withdrawing money and today It didn’t work this was literally at 3:50pm. This bank atm needs to be looked at throughly, And I drove all the way here.. wish I could give zero stars for Wasting my time.

      Just horrible. Went in to get some cash on a Friday and I guess because it was 5pm the tellers were dragging really bad. There was no customer service what so ever. The teller never smiled in fact he was more concerned on why I wanted specific dominations of money after he asked me if I "really" wanted the amount I wrote down on the paper. Which I replied "yes". Everytime me I go in there the service is horrible. I only go to the Mack machine because I don't want to keep paying fees at the gas station. I've also went in before and requested a large amounts of money and the female teller gave me a very "how did you get this money" kind of look. Mind you I work at Northrop Grumman right down the street. Smh This bank also caters to Hispanic people which I have no issues with but trying to teach a foreigner how to use the Mack machine in a new country during peak hours is the wrong time. New accounts should be done during non-peak hours it helps things run more smoother.
