Melissa Washington1I went into this branch on a Saturday morning. There was a man at the desk filling out deposit ticket. I proceeded to the line to do my transaction. The employee man comes out and tell me to wait behind the man that is filling out paperwork. I jumped off line went to the ATM and completed my transaction. This man was still there filling out a deposit ticket when I had completed my transaction. Maybe I’m old school but if he wasn’t ready I should not have had to wait for him to fill out paperwork before being serviced. This location needs to work on their customer skills. I will not be back to this location again. I will travel 5 miles away before I visit tis branch again.

Stephen Robinson1Rude treatment. 19 year platinum customer I was in need of getting a bill of sale notarized I met with Kash (the notary) and He spent several minutes talking down to me and telling me how busy he was and how I should have made an appointment and how much is involved in doing a notary service and how he had an appointment coming in 10 minutes and how he would need to check my account status? Etc…. He spent longer telling me this than it would have taken to do the notary. He then told me to sit down and went back to his desk and sat alone for several minutes waiting for his appointment to show up I left I went to NYMO Credit union and I was in and out in under a minute BoA you need to step up your game and send KASH to customer service training

TAMARA ANGEL-GARCIA1Horrible experience!! The employee there was Hispanic and said she was the only employee there now. She was not accepting anyone without appointments. We drove 8 mins to another branch so much better customer service.

Brandy Salizzoni-Asay1They will not cash checks made out to the business. Their corporate office said they were wrong in doing so. They make up their own rules . The check was drawn on a BOA account and we have a business account with them. This is the worst bank I have ever in my 30 years of doing banking have had to deal with. The managers are combative and unintelligible. STAY AWAY FROM BANK OF AMERICA!!!

Paul “SUPERMN LIVES” Capel III1The drive thru wait times are ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS at this location!!!! This has to be the SLOWEST BOA that I have the misfortune of being forced to use. My motorcycle began to overheat before reaching the tube and I was next in line!!!!!

Justin Macey1I spoke with a teller in the branch regarding cashing a check. She had to verify something with her manager, so she walked about 20ft away and spoke with a Kevin (I believe). They spoke softly, but it’s a small place, so I heard every word. A minute later she returns to the window and says to me, “I’m sorry, we don’t have enough cash on hand...” ((Things she didn’t know: 1) I had already verified the funds were available prior to driving to the branch. 2) I heard the manager say when she walked over, that they DID have the funds available, and to follow “normal policy...” )) So I kindly corrected her, letting her know I had already verified with a manager prior to my arrival that the funds would be available, she balked as if she didn’t know what to do... then eventually walked me to her manager (believed to be Kevin) and after a quick update on the situation, he tells me he “Never told her the funds were available...” Clearly, they thought their voices didn’t carry through a small room... but it was one lie right after another. I was kinda speechless... Is there a reason, Bank of America, that you don’t want to honor BOA checks?? What’s the big vault for if you argue you don’t have a few thousand bucks in it...? A+ for teamwork 👍🏻 However, I think I’ll find a bank that doesn’t strategically lie to their clients.

M C5Every time I go into this location I am greeted with a friendly smile. Kevin is always extremely helpful for myself and other customers who come into the line while I am there waiting. He makes conversation with customers if there is a small wait and is always trying to make us feel comfortable and welcomed. All of the tellers are helpful and very friendly! Sherri however is one of the best tellers there she is helpful, freindly, fast and efficient! Great place to be would recommend this location to my friends and family.

Claire Aldrich1I have been a BOA customer since 2004. I recently was married and stopped in the Buckeystown Frederick, MD branch to see about changing my name. The Bank Manager told me that there was a 30 minute wait but I could go on line and make and appointment. Also, I would have to come in with my husband since both names are on the account. I went home and scheduled an appointment for the next day at 10:00 am. We both took off work and arrived at the bank at 10:00 am. No one approached us. We looked for some help and told the clerk we had an appointment at 10:00. She told us to take a seat. 15 minutes later, no one came out. I stuck my head in the managers door and he came out and said they were running behind. I mentioned I had made an appointment. He said it shouldn't be long. At 10:41 no one had even checked in with us. We set up an appointment at another branch. As we were leaving we went up to the window and mentioned to a lady that had been working with other customers at her desk previously that we were leaving. She smiled and said okay. That was it. Horrible customer service, not even acknowledging customers waiting for scheduled appointments. Later that afternoon the branch manager called to apologize. Then to make matters worse, the appointment email came back and said we canceled. I do not think I will be visiting this branch office in the future.

Jeremy Kirby1Today 3/1/19 I went to Bank of America at this location because my wife was stuck out in the snow and had no money for gas...all I wanted to do was deposit cash to her account ..I had her account number and all of her information but the teller said I can't do this because I'm not on the account THEY WONT TAKE MY CASH! The 3 other employees standing around didn't speak up to help me either. We will be cancelling this account later today...I went to the capital one further up the street and deposited into her account there which I am also NOT ON and they were nice and took the money without question and only needed to scan my driver's license...just like any other time I have done this at a bank....save your time and bank elsewhere it's bad enough they try to screw you with fees let alone the poor customer service

Kelly Wilmoth1I have been a BOA customer for over 15 years. I recently got married and changed my last name. Today, I brought in a check to deposit from a vehicle that I sold. The title for the vehicle was in my maiden name, so the buyers bank wrote the check out to me using my maiden name. No big deal right? Because my bank surely has my account history and can see I just got married, but my name on the check mached my name in my account from a year ago...right?!. NOPE. They refused to even check my past history. They said my name doesn't match and they couldn't deposit it. Thank you for wasting my time BOA. We all know you can clearly look up customers bank history...you were just being lazy. After all these years, I will be switching my business to Navy Federal. Not happy.
