  Slowest bank that I've ever banked with. Been here 5 times now and every time there is only 1 person working at the front desk. I was advised to make a debit card online since it would take at least an hour here to process it. This is the second time I've come to get my debit card and i made an appointment in advance and am still waiting 30+ minutes as I'm typing this. If slow service here continues I will definitely be switching banks to across the street to First Niagra without a doubt. This is obserd and it's not just me, there's always at least 3-8 people at a time waiting in the chairs.

  Most locations are open until 1pm on Saturday, however some close at noon. That is incredibly inconvenient!! And has made my entire weekend inconvenient! This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. The lines are long and there are only one to two tellers no matter what time of day or how busy they get. The employees are friendly but the BOA policies are terrible. I will be quite happy when I can switch banks on Monday.

  One of the worst banks in general. They can not even keep track of the mail they receive.

  Everyone eager to answer your questions. So glad no long lines. Also has a ATM outside the bank. Can also use drive thru ATM.

  Worst bank ever!!!! Nothing can help you but tell ya call the service. The service tool like a year to wait for some one pick up the call. Worst bank ever!
