Al Iannacone4Just got an account there after several very poor customer service events at Suntrust/Truist. The Branch Manager at CommunityFirst is Ms. Janet L. Awesome service. Very nice young lady at the teller counter too. They have my business. Al Iannacone Sr.
Response from the ownerThank you so much for your wonderful review and your membership! We will pass along your kind words to Janet and her team.

DC Fam5Thank you to Gabrielle, Nicky, and Kim who gave me a condolence card through the drive thru. They remembered it was my first Mother's day without my mother. I wanted to respond through the drive thru speaker but did not want to get emotional. Kindness really does matter. Thank you again ladies.
Response from the ownerThis is so sweet to hear, and we are sorry for your loss. We will make sure to pass your kind words to the team.

Chunia Graves1I am so happy I started my account at the branch I did, or I wouldn’t know what Community First was capable of. This location is the worst location in Jacksonville when it comes to customer service and financial advising. Not only are the employees here unwelcoming, they are all snobs. I go into the branch to request more information about a CD account after receiving an email promotion. I sign in on their tablet, but wait 20 minutes before being seen because the tablet “didn’t register” my sign in. No big deal... I meet with the assistant branch manager who informs me that I no longer have access to my youth savings account (I was under the impression I had youth savings until the age of 25). Because she gives me this information I dig further, asking what the benefits are of a regular savings account. The assistant branch manager replied that maybe this bank isn’t the best fit for me. After 8 years of banking with Comminity First, the last thing I want to hear is that I have trusted my money to the wrong institution. The assistant manager then scurries off saying, “Let me go get my manager,” to avoid confrontation. If you aren’t trained well enough to answer my questions, if you feel uncomfortable as I seek more knowledge in my finances, or if you push me away saying this isn’t the best institution for me; maybe it is you that isn’t the best fit for me. But I have never had an issue at any other location. Maybe this location was only trained on racial profiling.

Davie Goodman5This is the first time I tried CFCU, and I am glad I did. Lorena Wojnaroski is one of those awesome employees who CFCU should be proud of. She is professional, friendly and sincere. With her help, I was able to complete my mortgage refinancing process in less than two weeks. During the process, I also dealt with several CFCU employees from several departments. I am truly amazed how efficient they are. These are the good people every successful business needs. Keep up the good works, CFCU and Lorena at Hodges branch.
