Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM) Reviews

Ahlora Gartland1Worst bank I have ever been to. They close at 4, which to those who manage to get off in time to make it to the bank. Have to wait in line over thirty mins. Well past closing time because they only have one teller. The manager, instead of helping, decided to stand behind the one teller and look over his shoulder. Urging him to move faster. And then instead of helping someone who lost their card to the ATM told them to get in line (which at the time was still at least 8 people). Very bad mannerisms for a manager.

louis guzman1Its friday 3:40, one person working the tellers, the line to the drive thru is wrapped around the building. Bank of America is terrible. Been in line for over half an hour.

Matt T1It doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of the day you visit this location upon walking through the door you will be met with a LINE. To the point I have gotten out of line and driven to the drive thru and was helped before the people infront of me that were in line inside. Where is everyone at this location and what the heck are they doing? Multiple people sitting in offices empty while line at the front? With that said the young lady at the front was SUPER nice and personable and it was NOT her fault she’s hung out to dry on her own *edit update* After today’s experience with Branch Manager Leah Rawson we will be pulling our funds and closing all accounts. This manager is NOT held accountable. Just look at the reviews of surrounding banks (BB&T, Wells Fargo) BOTH have FAR better reviews. The common denominator at this branch is the manager Leah. Everyone should avoid this location!

Lee Privette1I have never seen a company less concerned with their clients then this bank. the bad part is the ladies who worked there are really nice but are set up for failure. Doing the business hours on the busiest days there will only be one person behind the counter. the most irritating part is it there's more than enough people there to help, but they make one person run the counter. Everyone else is more concerned with Commission making deals such as loans a new accounts. everytime I go there I am joined by at least five other people in line with the same concerns is me, why do they not have more help? instead of worrying about how little your payroll could be at certain times, maybe you should be more concerned with the customer, and your employees who are being overworked and are stressed because of your decisions

Ryan Kyles1Seriously the slowest and most understaffed bank I've ever been to. I don't think I've ever left there in a good mood. They'll have one person running the counter and window, while the other two or three do whatever it is they're doing. I'm glad they like their coworkers, but it's a nightmare when you're trying to get back to run your own business and there's a 30 minute wait because I nobody wants to jump on a computer and give change or take a deposit.

Chris R5Great service. Never had a problem with this bank. The bank manager is very down to earth and very professional. I think the people posting negative reviews are those who are used to fast-food restaurants speeds not realizing that this is a financial center not a drive-through window at McDonald's. Patience.......

Quinta Caylor1And so begins my long overdue exit from BOA. Way too many chances I have given this institution - from service, to the communication and just simple account of maintenance. I have never seen a more lacadexical bank with near zero regard to customer satisfaction. No, it is not okay to just up and send me a new card because you suspect fraudulent use of my card - without notifying me. Caused so many issues with auto payments and they're not willing to either take fault or show this will not happen again. It's no wonder your stock prices are all over the place. The people are the market and they are speaking and it would do you well to pay attention.

Danny B1If I could leave 0 stars I would. I Waited 25 minutes to withdraw money from my account and there were only 2 people in front of me. There was one lady not doing anything just walking around. Unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, after I spoke up about my frustration, the teller asked me "if what I needed could be done at the atm?" THAT WAS SO RUDE AND IRRELEVANT. BOA PLEASE DO SOMETHING.

Sarah Sorey1I am not now, nor will I ever be a Bank of America customer after today's experience. I went in to cash a check that was drawn off of an account at that bank. I looked up the check cashing policy online, and according to the site, I was only supposed to be charged an $8 fee. I had my drivers license and passport for identification. I was given 3 different reasons why they wouldn't cash the check, then one of the cashiers mumbled "scam" under her breath loud enough for about the other 20 people in the bank to hear. I was mortified, and have NEVER been treated with such disrespect at any place of business, much less a BANK!

Spicy Sage1Always work on the ATMs during rush hour and never have the carpool lanes open. Its extremely understaffed for the amount of people that live here. If they are hiring I would love to work for them because they clearly need the help.
