The internet didn't say this location was temporarily closed last week. I spent the last of my money to get a cab there to cash a check signed over to me and low and behold the location was closed . I'm disabled and can't drive now I am stuck at home, the rest of my funds depleted from the cab drive. I have to walk to a check cashing location instead of using my bank and lose $100 dollars because I am desperate for funds after the useless, costly cab ride. No one at BOA even cares.

I was closer to this location and needed a temporary card which takes all of about 10 minutes to replace. I have 4 different Bank of America cards and a credit card. I was highly disappointed that the woman stated they were booked and I could go to another location. After being at this bank well over 10 years probably the worse experience I’ve ever had. I have been in the customer service industry well over 9 years and it’s a terrible look to send a customer out of their way because of a 10 minute transaction. I will be switching to TD bank after 10 years with Bank of America. There were two staff members working which is terrible staffing for a bank. Not to mention very dangerous the manager of this bank should be replaced due to poor staffing and terrible customer service training.

I live in Naugatuck That branch is closed. Most of the surrounding branches are closed and the few that are opened have lines out the door and terrible hours. And don’t call customer service. You are put on hold for hours at a time. I’m thinking a outing changing banks. I can’t continue to bank like this and not everything can be done through an ATM machine

I run a business here in naugatuck and the night deposits have to be done daily. Since you've closed without giving your customers notice, I have racked up a lot of late deposit marks on my record with corporate. Your closest branch round trip is an our. Last week spent 2 hours on my time off making deposits. The lady behind the counter offered me a deposit key. I wouldn't be cought in this area after a 12 hour day. Thanks for caring......

Tellers are friendly, but can't do simple math. Remove a check from the deposit and it's simple subtraction, but even that didn't go right. The managers can't do teller jobs so there is often 1 teller and a line of 8 people during heavy traffic times. I wish I didn't have to use this branch.

The tellers are wonderful. They behave like humans if you know what I mean. The managers are limited. They cannot even do the teller job! The building is a piece of art. Gorgeous paintings on the ceilings are very relaxing to look at. Not like a TD bank

I needed to go to the branch in Naugatuck and the website says temporarily closed....Here we go again. Most days only one teller, the hours are terrible. Will consider TD bank as it's closer.

Half the time I try to use the drive-in ATM, which is in a awful spot, there are cars parked blocking the entrance. I would park and use the walk-in ATM but the parking lot is full of potholes and I have damaged my vehicle more than once trying to leave. Edit: ATM has not had cash for months. Bank support was no help either. Closing my account and moving to a bank that does not refuse their customers service.

Just spent 15 min trying to reach a representative on the phone to inquire about opening a bank account. The system would not let me speak to anyone without providing my account number, which obviously doesnt exist because I do not have one yet. Very stupid system, not new customer friendly. Now I am not interested in opening an account with them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Only caused me frustration.
