  Don’t go to this Bank of America!! I opened a Bank of America bank account for my small business.My account has been open in 5 mins tops without giving me much informations. They put the wrong name on the account, as well as a wrong billing address for my credit card, which later put me in trouble with my business needs. I had to go to the other Bank of America in Kingston (very great service nothing compare to this one) and spent hours on the customer service to fix it.

  At 1:30 pm on August 29th I attempted to deposit money in the ATM outside. The ATM ate $800 and then broke down. I immediatly went into the bank for help. After finally getting a floor managers attention he said to sit down and wait and someone would help me. Nine minutes later a female floor manager came over to me and said she has a customer but to sit here and wait and she will help me. I waited 20 more minutes. After listening to the female floor manager try to talk her customer into getting a reward credit card he obviously didnt want for half that time, she finally comes over to me and hands me a phone number. She said she doesnt have time to talk to me, she has another meeting and i should call this 800 number and file a claim for my money. She asked me to wait for her, then after hard selling another customer while they wanted nothing more than to leave, she said she doesnt have time. 30 minutes after the ATM took nearly $1000 of my hard earned cash I left this Bank Of America with a phone number for corporate. 30 minutes after and no one in the bank even asked me my name. This branch is garbage. Ive been with Bank of America for nearly 2 decades. This floor manager lost BoA all my personal and business accounts. I will be cancelling them and finding a local bank, hopefully one where the people actually care about the customers.

  INCONVENIENT HOURS DUE TO PHONEY BALONEY COVID-19 ATM CONSTANTLY BROKEN, EATS MY PAYCHECKS, WORST BANK IN AMERICA, DROP THE AMERICA IN YOUR NAME DEUSHEBAGS! FIRST CHANCE I GET IM LEAVING BOA THE WORST, NEVER OPEN WHEN I NEED IT!

  Terrible terrible service here. They have no idea what they are doing. Always such a hassle to come here. I always regret coming here. I will be switching banks very soon!

  Very poor customer service. I wait more than half and hours for notary but no one came to help. Never going back.

  Bad directions. Coming from 209, make a right early, as if you are going to Burlington Coat Factory, then turn left but stay right to come around from behind.
