  I went into the Morton Blvd branch, needing some help with my phone app. Patty was so kind enough to have Javier come out and assisted me. He was so helpful making sure that my app was set up, and working the way I wanted it too. I’m so happy to know that there’s still people out there that’s willing to help other people out.

  I have three accounts with MHVFCU and recently had the pleasure of working with Lee Ann Ells, a loan representative. My experience was very positive. Ms. Ells was extremely helpful, responsive and available to my needs and questions and was most professional.

  My husband and I opened several accounts today, and I was quite nervous about the whole idea. We have been with the same bank for many years and it is closing in December. My nervousness faded when we sat down with Theresa, she was great, very pleasant, knowledgeable, sweet, and answered all my questions, got everything I needed. She is a great asset to MHV. This is my first time with a credit Union, and I'm a fan already. Hope to bank for many years here !!!!!!

  Wow !!! I’m so shocked I’m even writing this .. Theresa and Patty went above and beyond to help me out with my accounts.. I was feeling a little hesitation going in but I’m happy I did. Not only did they both listen to my concerns but they found a solution to my problem in less than 20 minutes. I will forever remain a customer here even if I leave New York.   Austin Beaudette is most likely your best customer service representative at the Boices Lane main branch. I needed help with several issues this afternoon, and Austin was not only courteous, pleasant, and efficient but also patient. I had to make a couple of phone calls before my situation was resolved, and Austin was very accommodating. He waited until my phone calls were done (I used my cell phone) and then helped me complete my transactions. Congratulations to a wonderful employee. You have an asset in him. Jeannette M. Konior

  Went in they either ask for iD OR SOCIAL SECURITY ## today I didn’t have my id so I said my social idk why I could withdraw out of my account when they said we need an id to prove it my account when my social is clearly me and they have my profiling on file. Yes I think it because I got a big hair cut change I leave my ID at home cuz I don’t drive a car yet again. Idk what the problem but it was poor service today for me. And I’m frustrated

  I have enjoyed banking with MHVFCU at Morton Blvd on behalf of an organization. The tellers are friendly and helpful. The woman who opened our organization's business account was efficient and knowledgeable. This is my first experience with a credit union. I'm a fan!

  I have been banking with MHV for over 15 years and have all my accounts personal and business with them. One of the reasons I continue to bank with them is because they always go the extra mile to to help you in any way they can.Upon one of my recent visits to MHV the computers were temporary down and Lee Ann Ells went out of her way to help me resolve my issue. I highly recommend MHV for all your banking needs as I do.

  This review concerns an associate at the Mid Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union on Morton Blvd. in Kingston, NY. His name is Javier. He assisted me with an issue about transferring information from my checking account to another financial institution so that I could complete refinancing a home mortgage. I was getting very frustrated trying to accomplish this. We ran into some problems and Javier was very patient and determined to help me. This young man went above and beyond and I am so grateful. He found a solution that worked and I left feeling so much lighter than when I first got there - like a load had been lifted.
