  The worst BOA branch, the manager is the rudest person. I been with BOA for ten years, I never like that place because of their manager. He is the one with the mustache Hispanic .( with all respect to Hispanic people).

  Terrible, do not go here. they will waste your time. came here to withdraw money from another card, and lady told that the atm is broken, and I had to go to another bank. great thanks, I wished I knew that earlier!

  This place needs more staffs. 5 or 6 counters but only 2 tellers working... Everytime I'm there there is a line from the door. 👎 Other than that, everything is fine.

  This place has the slowest customer service ever! 2 tellers for 50 people. The line is out thr door and no manager in site.

  This place is a disaster. Only 2 cashiers on a Friday morning. Waited for 45 min in the line. I won’t bank with Bank of America anymore. What a disgrace

  Is not my first time but they don’t always have enough cashier, now we are 22 people in the line with 2 cashier, and I’m here for 31 minutes ...😔👎🏼🧠

  Go to a different Bank of America if you can, you’ll end up waiting in line for a hour.

  Always super long lines but never more than two tellers open... I live 3 minutes away from this branch but always go further away because of the long lines, slow service... place is super busy and always understaffed...
