  This place has continued to be a joke and no one is laughing anymore. Weird hours, closed consistently during the week, unable to reach a person on the phone for help, night deposit box closed, if I wanted to bank in Frandor I would have. This branch should be permanently closed.

  This location isn’t open. We drove out of our way to find an in-person bank, but despite saying it’s open online, it isn’t. ITS CLOSED.

  Just called the local Okemos number to ask a simple questions. I have a timer on my phone. It took me 4:57 seconds to get a voice and it was not a local person. They wanted to transfer me to yet another number that was not local to answer my simple question. I work for a company that deals with several banks in the area and I must say I wish I never had to deal with Bank of America for anything!
