  Location: 1775 Central Park Dr, Okemos. Smaller bldg location. Still have greeter and tellers. Was able to walk in to teller and back out in less than 5 mins. Hopefully this location will not become newly electronically rennovated. We all experience long "phone trees" and other electronic voices and glitches. Usually simpler, people based service, is faster and more efficient. Many businesses seem eager to embrace any and all automated electronic rennovations. Electronic business practices are not necessarily "better" customer service.

  I needed copies of my bank statement for the previous year , they said they'd charge me $ 25.00 per hour and they didn't know how long it would take. I went to the library and made copies for about $1.00. What a rip off!

  I am a member and I checked in with them in to see about borrowing $15,000 to buy a 2016 travel trailer. Found out they are a real RIP OFF charging 6.9 % on a 60 month loan. They operate under the guise of a low cost community credit union....But they are no different than Chase and 5th 3rd really. How do you think they pay to build those big buildings and pay management large salaries and benefits. Disappointing

  I’ve never had such a pleasant experience opening a bank account before. Love this place. A man by the name of Gayland assisted me in opening my account, he was incredibly friendly and personable. Cashing checks through the drive-thru has always been a quick process. I would recommend this bank to anyone who’s considering. I left Chase for MSUFCU and do not regret it!
