  The only reason I'm giving 1 star it's because there's not an option for no star. My husband went to that location to close his personal account. He gave the teller the card linked to that specific account. The teller went ahead and close our joint account. Of course when it's closed it cannot be reopened, so I have stuff bouncing left and right because of someone mistake. Not to mention a 40 min that I spent on the phone because another teller from that same location told me that back office could reopened the account for me. But they could not!

  Came in here and waited for over 20 minutes, twice now, without even being acknowledged. It’s great. Plus the parking lot is a mess. Tons of potholes. I’ll never be back to this location again- and if I have this bad of an experience at another location like this I will close my accounts with BOF and give another bank my business. There’s no excuse to ignore customers entirely. Not even a “we will be with you as soon as we can”

  They WON'T pick up their phone when their clearly open!!! 😡 I've been calling during their hours of operation. Very poor customer care. Fix this issue so future people can have their questions answered like mine.

  Let me start with the word True Digitalization, forgot my wallet in need something that can’t wait for the morning. Staff has helped me on getting what needed using phone. Just amazing.

  Before leaving for Cairo Egypt my brother closed his account and they gave him Cashiers check which is made out to him. We were led to believe by the branch manager of Manchester, CT bank of America that it will be no hassle to deposit the check. This was wrong, my brother has been trying for months with no success. We have called BOA over and over again to be treated poorly, and not have this issue resolved. There agents are rude, unhelpful, and need a lot more training. I hate this bank and i will be filing a complaint against them with consumer protections.

  It happened with me twice when I came 15-20 min before Saturday closing hours , and the lobby is already closed. I would not visit this branch anymore.
